The associate who greeted me knew who I was right off, she was pleasant and professional, I'm very pleased with whom you have in the office. Thank you ? and the storage area was very nice and clean inside and out. It's been upgraded since I used it in 2023. And the pricing is very reasonable, you have to supply your own lock, I bought mine at the Dollar Tree for $1.25, but they do have locks in office.

I rented a UHaul truck from here a few weeks ago.
This experience was a disaster. The lady working there was overwhelmed and had no support or empowerment to do her job. Everything required manager approval, and the manager wasn't there but had to be texted for everything since they wouldn't even talk on the phone to each other. It took almost an hour for me to get the keys to the truck that was sitting there the whole time, which I had reserved the day before.
Thankfully they eventually refunded $50 for not making good on the ready guarantee, but I will not be going back to this location. Stick to the first party uHaul centers, because this was a joke.

very helpful, rented me a U-Haul van to move my son's stuff out of his college apartment into a climate-controlled unit for a couple of months. Everything went smoothly for us, no issues at all!
