Ladder Alliance is a great place to jumpstart your learning and love of computers . Everyone I have met here is very passionate about their work and kind spirited.If you know nothing about Microsoft windows or want to brush up on the latest technology information. For 2 hours a day 4 days a week you can come and experience it the easy way, with Mr Ruben. He makes learning this so simple. He empowers you.Really I could not imagine going any where else. The best training facility I have experienced in a long time .I would tell anyone who wants to learn more about office work and Microsoft to come here.

I am a survivor of childhood abuse and abandonment. I have struggled through the years seeking help and restitution. Now a senior, counseled and educated, I found my self lost in returning to work after years of hardship. Ladder Alliance has improved my hopes for retirement.My story: my health was failing, my savings gone, due to COVID I was feeling hopeless and depressed. Through the Woman's Center of Tarrant County, I was referred to Ladder Alliance to a job skills program. There I found an amazing group of people who encouraged me to participate in their Dress for Success Program. Now, post COVID and PTSD. I have been found hope. I was accepted by Ladder Alliance in 2019. As a participant in their computer classes. I thought my chances were gone when COVID hit. My transportation failed, my health and my finances were gone. Since the Success Program, I have become confident in finding a job. Motivated to continue my education and have purpose once again.The computer classes and typing skills have enhanced my skills at a level that is applicable to most office jobs. I had no clothes that fit me properly or was office acceptable. Thanks to the The Success Store, I now have a wardrobe of choices. That is not all, my hair has not been cut in 5 years, thanks to "V" a beautician who volunteers her skills at Ladder Alliance, gave me a new look by cutting my hair and motivating me with inspirational thoughts. I am so grateful.Recently, I have received an emergency fund to help fix my transportation problem and curve my debit. I have also arranged to interview for several jobs and feel confident that I will have one soon. Thank You so much Ladder Alliance. God knows my journey and the adventures have only just begun! Thank You

I had a pretty great time learning here, the curriculum was challenging yet very rewarding. Our classes instructor answered every question we asked with his immense amount of knowledge on the subject. I had a great experience, learned a lot, and had fun; what more could I have asked from The Ladder Alliance!!

Taking this POST Class {Professional Office Skills Training) Class at The Ladder Alliance has been and continues to be an awesome experience which not only is enhancing my knowledge but also, I have had the opportunity to meet some exceptional people and build some great relationships.Being a student at The Ladder Alliance has given me more than just a skill but it has also helped me to understand myself and others, and it has spoken to my needs whether they were emotional, physical or whatever the need was at the time. I can't believe it's almost the end of April, and May is just around the corner for graduation day. Very soon I'll be on the hunt for a job, taking the knowledge I learned from these amazing instructors who have taken the time out to help those who need a career change. I want to say thanks for giving me the chance to improve my skills for the work field. I pray that this organization will continue to be around till the end of time because there are so many people in the world who can take advantage of this program just like I did. I am taking the post class, and all the instructors are so amazing. I am learning more than I thought was even possible. Brittney, Frank, Stacy, and Carrie They are really helping a lot of women get the skills they need to find the job they need to Survive. What a wonderful experience this is for me.
