This is a hidden gem in the area! They do FedEx and UPS shipping, notary, and have basic mailing and packing supplies available for purchase. I went in for a notary and it was $12, super quick, and the lady that helped me was friendly. She also did a good job multitasking while working on our notary work. She was helping walk ins while still being attentive to us. I’ll now come here for shipping needs!

The blonde woman who works there had a nasty attitude and kept trying to get me to do a more expensive option for what I needed. She acted exasperated that I would dare waste her precious time. I felt rushed and belittled. I don't plan on ever going back. I'd rather save up for a printer then give my business to a company that teaches their employees to act like that....In response to the owners: Are you sure you didn't fire her? I went in early to mid-June, and to be honest, her attitude was so terrible I wouldn't be surprised!

Don't expect any convenience to do anything here without a charge. I was charged for "packing" for a piece of tape that I applied myself. Also I was told that FedEx shipping locations will print out a label for me if I provide the QR code. When I showed it to clerk, she told me they don't do that and that I had to email it to her. It's 2023, come on. So she also charged me for printing out a label that I was led to believe FedEx locations do. Of course, she did NOT warn me there would be a charge for either of these things until after they were already done so it came as a surprise. I won't be returning here even though I'll have to drive further for a shipper so I won't be hit with hidden fees.

These guys provide a ton of different services, and the staff (namely Heather) are very friendly! The prices are reasonable and the convenience, especially for those in the neighborhood, is top notch.I've used them for a few services in the past, including simple printing of a few documents, and I'll definitely be returning.Thanks so much, guys!

They are incredibly friendly and efficient. I didn't know they were here so close and now that I know they are I will use them indefinitely. Local businesses with great service will always be my go-to place and The Biz Drop is definitely the right place for me.

Stopped by today to return some zenni optical glasses and some online pants they never fit right. The owner was so nice and helpful. No wait and easy to ship off. If you ever have anything to return.. do yourself a favor and use The Biz Drop!
