I ordered a premium arrangement to be delivered to our daughter-in-law after she gave birth to our grandson. She sent me a picture of what she got and it is not like anything like what I ordered for $70 that was for the flowers alone.
I do not recommend ordering flowers from them when their pictures are so deceiving. I seriously could’ve picked us up at the grocery store for $15 with this many flowers.

Very friendly service! The young man there (I think his name was lu?) was very helpful with what I wanted/needed. Even if he seemed like he had the world on his shoulders at the moment, he took whatever time I needed to tend to me. Was also very clear with explaining pricing and arrangments to me. Not sure how much he makes but he seems like he should get a raise! Would definitely buy from here again!

My Daughter-in-law ordered a bouquet for my 70th birthday. You filled in because another florist did not. I couldn't believe how beautiful my bouquet is. I say "is" because after a whole week, after getting rid of the flowers that finally died, I still have a cute bouquet remaining. I'll remember this last birthday for a long time. Thanks for making it so special.

It’s Mother’s Day, I wanted to get my mom something special and decided I wanted ti support my neighborhood flower shop and turned out to be the worst decision your better off going to a big chain store for your flower purchase and that’s sad to say. *~ your flower quality isn’t presentable why arrange them and sell them to me ? the moment I saw my arrangement I immediately was so sad, I sat in the parking lot contemplating what to do , after showing my friends they agreed this flowers were in horrible condition, owner or worker was non apologetic and offered no explanation, my whole life lived here and would never recommend this shop to ANYONE

They sub contracted my pro flowers order that was over $120. Didn't send the note I ordered or the stuffed animal. Wouldn't give me my money back.

there was no promise of delivery on v-day because of the volume of orders but, they got it done and early! and as a bonus, the delivery guy dressed up as a Romeo character!! she was so happy!

I received the beautiful 18 long stem red roses arrangement (early Valentine’s Day) but I’m disappointed it didn’t come with a freshness packet attached. Why not? A bow would’ve been nice but perhaps that’s an extra charge and if so, sadly. y’all didn’t suggest it to the sender?

The perfect florist to hire for a wedding. The help, the suggestions, the ideas were fabulous. Their company helped set up and tear down. I had no worries the day of the wedding. Very professional. And the flowers were gorgeous! My daughter cried when she saw her vision come to life. Definitely use them if you have a wedding in the area. You won't regret it!

I have been travelling for work and currently I'm staying in Dallas. Valentine's day had arrived and being from out of town I had no idea where to buy flowers. A quick google search lead me to this website and although these were the most outlandish prices I have ever seen - I was running out of time and options. I called the store and requested same day delivery, they told me there would be an additional "rush fee" (an additional $50 on top of the 59.99$ delivery fee, bringing us to $109.99 for delivery, more than the price of the flowers) if I wanted to recieve my flowers before 4PM. This seemed like extortion, but as I said - I was out of time.I reluctantly accepted the price and place an order and receieved the order refference number shortly after. Hour after hour passed and I watched in disappointment as colleague after colleague started recieving their flowers as I sat quietly watching and praying that my wive's flowers would arrive. The worst part is that my wife works in the same office and she was probably watching and thinking I had completely forgot.As the day progressed, I noticed i was never charged for the flowers and was convinced that my card must not gone through. I ended up spending money elsewhere just to test if my card was active and sure enough it was working fine.The day completely passed and nothing had arrived. Either they had completely forgot or neglected my order due to my Canadian phone number. I was extremely disapointed thay they missed my order and only wish they attempted to contact me if there was an issue so I could seek an alternative solution.Either way professionalism is completely absent in their business and I wouldnt recomended them to anyone.

I was so surprised to get a very nice message from your delivery person telling me he had delivered flowers to my apartment. I was very glad he did because I was out at the time and able to go home and bring them in so they would not wilt in the sun. The flowers were so beautiful. I was very pleased with everything.

I live 4 hours away from my daughter and I ordered a Rover arrangement for her and it was exactly what was on the website. You people are AMAZING and the service with the person that took my call was very helpful and understanding. I definitely will be using your shop again.
