Jamie did a great job cutting my hair, she did exactly what I asked for, I'm never sure what number of clips I want so I show a picture, and did what I wanted, I like that she asked if the side sizes will be short if it was okay, also when cutting hair she tells you to tilt your head, move up or down etc, unlike in my past experience they move my head without me knowing what they want me to do, Great Communication, Focused on the cut. I will most definitely return to this location! Great Customer Service Good Job Jamie.

My Operator was so welcoming and encouraging for a person my age (76). This was my second time to use Stacey because she actually listened to what I wanted. I intend to use her services in the future. So happy I found her!

The stylists were very nice and did a good job, unfortunately I made an appointment online and when I arrived I had to sit and wait for 30+ mins before I was helped which really isn't acceptable. If you know you have an appointment scheduled you shouldn't start another one if you know you won't be ready in time. Otherwise it would be a 4 star cause like I said they were very nice and good stylists

I unfortunately did not have a good experience nor did my husband. We decided last minute to get a haircut for the whole family. This is the first time in over 2 months we were able to take a self care day. Normally when we go to a different Supercuts we have a great experience. So we decided to go to one closest to the errands we were running, that was our mistake.
Originally it was just going to be my son getting his hair cut, but we decided the whole family needed one. We ask when we arrive if both my husband and I could get our hair cut as well. It was barely 3:30 pm and there was no one in the waiting room and no one arrived the whole time we were there. We were informed that they could barely do two haircuts, then decided they after all could provide haircuts for all three of us. This made no sense to us as on the app the whole afternoon was available when we booked previously, and there was no one else there.
The stylist who did my son's hair was good. But my husband showed his stylist a photo of him and the haircut he had been getting, she tried to tell him that his hair type wouldn't be able to do that hairstyle (a style he has been getting for the last 6 months). She didn't recognize that it was even him in the photo. My husband doesn't feel like he even received a haircut, let alone what he had asked for, as well as it was a painful experience.
I was next. Same thing showed her my go to style I get cut and have been getting for several years. She proceeds to tell me same thing as my husband that my hair cannot support that style and my hair was too thin. So I told her how I normally get it (same as the picture I showed). I had originally asked for shampoo, this was not done. She just started spraying my hair and using a comb. I felt her rip through tangles and I winced. Her scissors were felt like they were dull as both my husband and I felt pain when she was using them. While I was wincing she rubbed her hand on my forehead making a comment about my frown lines. I told her I was very tender headed, and she essentially dismissed it saying she was being gentle.
Even so that comment was insensitive. As someone who works with people, that was out of line. You never know what someone is dealing with. I recently lost a close family member and witnessed them passing. So of course I don't feel like smiling and her comment made me feel guilty for being sad.
Needless to say both my husband and I are disappointed and will have to go elsewhere to have our hair cut again as it was nothing like we asked for.

Requested style: requested short haircut and type that I wanted. it came right to it that was great and I told her if it needed a little shorter but I come back and get it cut a little short. she said definitely yes just come right back I even talked to him on the phone and I know who's going to be there the next day when I get my haircut if I decide to great place
