Unsettling Shopping Experience at Sun & Ski Sports in Fort Worth, TexasAs an avid outdoor enthusiast, I was eager to explore Sun & Ski Sports in Fort Worth, Texas for some new gear. However, my experience at this store left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.From the moment I stepped inside, I felt like I was being watched like a hawk. Every move I made seemed to be scrutinized by the staff, as if they suspected me of intending to steal something. The constant surveillance made me feel like I was guilty until proven innocent, which is not the kind of atmosphere anyone wants while shopping.As I browsed through the aisles, I couldn't shake off the feeling of being judged. It's one thing for a store to have security measures in place, but the level of scrutiny I experienced at Sun & Ski Sports was excessive and downright invasive. I understand the need to prevent theft, but there's a fine line between vigilance and making customers feel like criminals.The lack of trust and hospitality at Sun & Ski Sports in Fort Worth made my shopping experience incredibly unpleasant. Instead of enjoying the process of finding new gear for my outdoor adventures, I found myself counting down the minutes until I could leave.In conclusion, I would not recommend Sun & Ski Sports in Fort Worth to anyone who values a welcoming and comfortable shopping environment. The constant surveillance and unwelcoming attitude of the staff made me feel like I was walking on eggshells the entire time, and I have no desire to subject myself to that kind of experience again.

Came in to get ideas on snow skis after shopping around online. Josh was very helpful and took the time to understand our ski level and style to make sure we were looking at the right products. It just so happend to be the same thing I was looking at online.Josh was very patient to explain boot fitting and how it should feel. I felt this was the right place for me with his level of knowledge and not just some kid working a seasonal job with minimal knowledge. We ended up pricing matching some deals we saw online and he had me at lifetime wax to "seal" the deal! lol Great job yall.

I went here to purchase a bike and I have to say that the staff is extremely knowledgeable and filled me in on everything I would need to know about my new bike before I was to buy it. Will definitely be returning to upgrade my bike when I need to. Props to Nathan for all the help!!!

Previously we loved this store. We bought our son’s bike here and had a great experience. However, today we went in to purchase a waterproof hat for my husband and the man working followed us through the store, without speaking to us. We looked at the hats and tried them on while he pretended to look at price tags by us. We looked at clothing and he followed us through the clothing. It was very uncomfortable and we opted to leave without the hat because of his behavior.

We went to the Fort Worth Alliance location , and the customer service was top notch . Kiran helped us find the right size shoes, and tumbler. She has great attitude, very friendly. She is the best example of going beyond and helping customers. The manager David was also very helpful.

Everything was neatly stocked and nicely arranged. Easy to find what you're looking for. Manager was friendly and helpful. Store was clean and had an inviting feel to it. Good location as well.

Everyone at this store is extremely helpful and friendly, especially Chloe! She was so patient and attentive during my visit. We also wear the same nail color so I know she has good taste ;)

Great experience! Welcomed as soon as I walked in. Nathan was wonderful and knowledgeable on snowboarding stuff. Not pushy at all. I will certainly be back to buy some boots soon.
