I’ve been buying and taking my machines for maintenance here for 13 years. I trust nobody else. I drive 45 minutes every 3-6 months and I will gladly do it for another 13 years. Unbeatable service.

So I wasn't originally aware of this store, but I was nearby when I saw their sign. I'd been looking for sewing machines on Amazon, but I wasn't really happy with the selection. I thought this would be a good opportunity to see some machines in person, and maybe ask some questions I'd been having trouble finding answers to online. I prefer supporting local businesses when I can, and this is a present for my mom, so it would've been easy to upsell me. I was open to spending more if I felt that I was getting good value for money, and that's hard to determine with the sewing machines on Amazon (some of them look like children's toys, or have random-seeming dials that seem to correlate to a higher price, but that I can't find an explanation for), so I was excited to check this place out.Not sure what the problem was. The short version is that I had a bad enough experience, with the guy who acted like he was in charge, to go out of my way to leave a bad review. (I didn't bother getting his name, but I wouldn't want to name drop someone online in a bad review anyway, in case this was just a one-off thing for him.)The long version is that when I went in to ask about buying a new sewing machine for my mom, I was met with defensiveness and hostility by the guy who spoke with me. He seemed reluctant to even tell me anything about their sewing machines. I don't know much about sewing machines, and I was hoping they could tell me what they had, and explain the differences in price points. Maybe because I said the word "Amazon", when I was trying to explain myself, or maybe I worded my initial question poorly, so the guy misunderstood my intentions. I'm not a mind reader, obviously, but it doesn't hurt to give him the benefit of the doubt.None the less, he had a perfectly good opportunity to sell me a machine, but instead I just left, because I didn't appreciate being spoken to so rudely. If I were the owner of the store, and I saw an employee talk that way, I'd want an immediate explanation. If that guy was the owner... well, best of luck to him.The ladies working there seemed friendly enough, when they greeted me, and perhaps I would have had a better experience if this guy had given them a chance to talk to me.Maybe this was all a misunderstanding of some kind, but I was very offended by the way he treated me. I won't be going back there, which is too bad, since mom will need more sewing supplies in the future. I thought it was a lucky find, and it would've been a convenient place to go. It's too bad, but nobody deserves to be treated the way he treated me, and I certainly won't risk subjecting my mom to that.

I took my embroidery machine in due see how long it take to get a small piece that had broke and stuckService jump on it right. It took about 30 minutes from start to finish.Very good service and friendly.

This place rock if you need a sewing machine repair. Or would like a Brother sewing machine product. Or need thread or sewing tools. Scissors, needles, thread, etc.My brother was in need and I had a friends machine as well. Both were assessed and a solution found for each. I was helped by an Army veteran who has 5 daughtersWho I sure will all learn to sew. He was thoughtful, spoke clearly and respectfully!I will definitely go back to explore there!

So i came here with a friend who was looking to test drive a Babylock machine but needed help with the right questions to ask. The sales lady was very informative, not a pushy upseller but wisely explained differences and bennies of next level up machine. My friend bought the machine and i went back later the same day and bought the same one. Babylock brilliant! Im in love with it!
