Enjoyed my stay! Big spacious lobby, lots of extra seating. My room was comfortable and clean. Front desk staff was absolutely amazing my whole stay! I will be back again! ☺️

I was very disappointed with the check in experience; however, the overall stay was pleasant. I was visiting for an event, which was hosted at the hotel. I was able to have lodging and a great venue for this medium sized event.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived early in the morning. They allowed me to check in early, and I was truly grateful.Rooms: Very clean. I had a king-size bed very comfortable. The pillows could have been a little more firmer. Otherwise, I was satisfied.Nearby activities: MxDonald in the area, the same side of the hotel was a liquor store if you wanted a beverage. If you wanted a tattoo, there was a shop next to the liquor store.Food & drinks: The restaurant in hotel food was great for the price and Cassidy lounge in lobby.

Vanessa (front desk) was very nice and professional. She also helped me correct a booking error I made and got me a refund for the incorrect date. The hotel lobby was beautiful and the room was clean.My only concern was concerning the fire alarm and evacuation. A fire alarm went off somewhere in the hotel in the evening prompting the evacuation of the entire hotel. The only alarm I heard was from the hallway and I could barely hear it. My room had no alarm or flashing light. If there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night, I would not have heard the alarm at all. The worst night's sleep. The beds had only 3 pillows each. The room was advertised at 4 adults, but the two beds were double sized, not even queens. There were only 3 towels in the bathroom. The sink was severely cracked. The shower curtain rod was broken, the lamp shade was broken, none of the lamp base plugs for charging worked, so we had to unplug other things to charge the phones, laptops, watches, etc. The room keys become useless if you put them next to your phone or other magnetic charge cards in your wallet. The food in the restaurant was awful. We will never stay here again, not even for the conference.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel we had to change rooms twice. First one was dirty and toilet seat was broken. Second one sewer dirt was coming out of tub I have ocd. They need to get better house keeping I want be back.

I just stayed here for a Conference. The staff was amazing, very nice and helpful. The linens and towels and stuff were very clean which is always a plus and the club was pretty fun. The AC in the room was GREATNow for the bad parts. I cannot believe we had to pay THAT MUCH for those rooms. If you have neck and back problems this is not the spot for you. The beds are so terribly uncomfortable. The bathroom had parts of the wall coming off and like rust and mold in the shower. There are not a lot of plug ins. The walls are very thin I could hear my neighbors and walking through the halls even heard some folks during their intimate time..BUT YALL THOSE BEDS. My neck and back are soooo messed up after sleeping in those beds. I wouldn’t stay here again if I didn’t have to.Rooms: Nope nope nope so bad. Only plus was how clean the linens wereNearby activities: Only thing I think is the club in the hotel which was pretty coolSafety: There are signs everywhere about hiding your property so it doesn’t get stolen or your car doesn’t get broken intoWalkability: Nope. This place is like next to nothingNoteworthy details: The beds are AWFUL and the facilities is not great, in dire need of an update. The staff however. Wonderful!!

Horrible place. Several things went wrong from water pouring into our suitcase from the wall/ceiling. We were told there was an airport shuttle when we checked in only to learn no shuttle. There is a party shuttle to go to stockyards but sorry they were full. $50 Uber to get back. The toilet wouldn’t flush right. It was just horrible experience

Very nice hotel right off the freeway. There's a nightclub inside, ladies' night is on Fridays. Great customer service at the front desk.Noteworthy details: Nightclub in the lobby area.

This was one of the best experiences we have had on the road with hotels.. very friendly staff, great rooms, and the best part... they have discounts for CDL truck drivers... it's good to be acknowledged ?

Overall it is good has a nightclub attached to the hotel did not go in but it looks like it was a happening place hotel has been under new Company ownership that just got bought out and there is remodeling going on for upgrades and updates overall satisfied with the

Rooms: I checked in and got info my room and couldn't believe how great the value is for what you pay for- it's usually the whole "get what you pay for, but no, you'll be <pleasantly surprised to say the LEAST> in a lovely, spacious, comfortable suite, full kitchen [never have seen anywhere else that has a full sized oven and stove too?!][[Couch with pullout bed for even more *Brownie Points* ]]Sooo with all that being said ....I enjoyed my stay quite a bit and will def be back when on this side of town next!Thanks again for all your help and for being so kind and pleasant in the process, too.Thank you so much, Baymont- Bedford!
