I arrived at the facility and was called in on time for my appointment. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Turquoise drew my blood, and she was very professional, respectful, courteous, and caring.

I don’t understand there walk in policy. I wasn’t informed I needed an appointment. Got to the location and walk in time is 2hours. You are telling me there is no one schedule on the staff to do walk ins just everyone has an appointment. I will never be using them again.

My tech Tamirria went above and beyond to help me through my appointment today. She was patient, calm, kind and attentive as I navigated a particularly difficult patch of miscommunications and technological errors with my primary to have the correct lab order sent to the testing site. She even offered to call me personally should the order from my primary show up while I stepped out to accommodate my busy schedule. She kept things light through my anxiety while I was getting my blood drawn and was a consummate professional throughout. I will be recommending her specifically to anyone who needs lab services, thanks again!

Turquoise is the BEST! I go there specifically for her. She is extremely knowledgeable and she is very good at her job. I am a VERY hard stick and she searches as long as it is necessary to find a good vein before she sticks me. And she ALWAYS gets it the first try!

Never answer their phone and as a result I wasted my time by making an appointment because they don’t do newborn screening anymore. Go somewhere else.
