The staff here are GREAT! Everyone from the office to Maitenance are so nice and friendly! They go out of their way to help you and they treat you like a friend instead of just an apt number! maintenance orders get done SAME DAY!! We have been here 6m and NEVER had a problem with anything we love it!! They do their best to keep the property clean and trash clear!
We came from a place that left a bad taste and we are so happy that we found this place to renew our views on apartments!
My family loves the wonderful amenities providence has dog park & our dogs favorite ? place to go lol.

It is a very nice condominium, the office staff is friendly and responds to problems promptly. Every time I go to them they have solved my problems.
The maintenance staff are very professional and polite.

I'm very happy here. The maintenance team here is fantastic. They came the very next day I sent a request. The ladies in the front office are so sweet. They respond quickly when I call and answer whatever questions and concerns I have. 5 stars!

Would not recommend. Just renewed my lease and literally had my vehicle broken into last night. There have been an increased amount of rules here and ZERO security for us rent-paying residents. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
