I am still waiting for my leather jacket to be ready and now there is a chance the item has been taken away from the store and might not be found.We paid a 80$ deposit and dropped the jacket off a year and a half ago.Avoid getting valuable items to the repaired there.

I've owned my custom pair of ostrich boots for over 7 years, a present from my wife for my 50th birthday. The good; the experience of fitting was detailed as could be. Wide selection of leathers, and for inlays and monograms they didn't nickel and dime me. They weren't cheap, but they were half the price and half the wait of Leddy's across the street. Also, folks, these boots are built like a brick outhouse, heavy and sturdy, unlike some flimsy custom boots I've seen. Double rows of lemon pegs, the shaft is sewn from a single piece of leather, not two like most boots. Also, I've worn the heck out of them and the attached picture is current, they still look next to new. My son and his son will still be wearing these long after I'm gone. The not-so-good, and I'm being picky; they didn't take credit card. No big deal but just a hassle. We picked out the boots in August and the storefront is as rustic and authentic as you can imagine, but at the time there was no AC. If you go in the summer be prepared to sweat. Also, the fit is slightly tighter than I'd like, especially in the toe box where I requested additional room, that clearly didn't happen. My Lucchese's I can walk for miles and miles with no discomfort, after all day in these I'm ready to take them off. If you can afford the Leddy's or Lucchese experience and have 12-18 months to wait, you'll likely end up with a more refined pair of boots. But if you're looking for the best value I've ever seen in boots with half the wait time, and the sturdiest pair in the marketplace, this is your spot. I wish there was room for a fractional star, I'd rate them about a 4.2 but I rounded down. Buy from here with confidence!

We took a small leather bag in to be duplicated...were told it would take two weeks and we made a $90 deposit. Every time we called, or visited the shop, we were told it would be ready "next Monday", that was 3 months ago! When we tried calling again today, no one answered, there is no answering machine, and their website says that they are temporarily closed... no explanation!We are filing a complaint with the BBB.

Walked in here to pick up a vest for a family member after 6 months of waiting. They hadn’t even started on the vest, said they’d never before seen the hides that I dropped off with them personally, and didn’t seem to even know what day it was. Very messy shop and extremely unprofessional and discourteous, downright rude actually. I can’t believe they are actually an open business the way they behave and the way the shop looks (and smells) gross! 0/10, do not recommend, avoid at all costs.

Was very hopeful, but the craftsmanship was somewhat shoddy, it took nearly 6 months to get the boots and the lady is INCREDIBLY cranky and rude. Very difficult to deal with and the communication was non-existent. Spend your money elsewhere.

Leather turned "pleather"...Do not recommend. I brought a pair of Justin boots to have the leather darkened. A nice pair of square toe boots, only worn a few times. Solid boots, I just thought they were a little too light of leather for my liking. The result: I guess I felt that "experts" in leather, they would handle accordingly. Came back to pick them up, much to my chagrin, they literally spray-painted the boots with a gloss finish. I paid $30 for the "improvement", and proceeded straight to Goodwill with a new pair of boots. Quality leather turned pleather. I was sick.

Called first and asked if they could repair just the pegs on a pair of 30+ year old boots. I was told yes. 45 minute drive later and they wanted to re-do the whole boot which it didn't need. When I said I just wanted the pegs they told me to find a magician to do it.

Always dreamed of having custom grey elephant boots, now I do. They are beautiful and fit so well my husband and I got blue ostrich and LOVE them. Both should last the rest of my lifetime even if I wear them daily. Had maroon ostrich made for my sweetie too and he wears them all the time.

I called their owner Georgia and asked if I could come take pics of how boots are made by hand to share with my students I teach in social studies and she was rude, short and her "didn't care" attitude was pathetic! Why the heck anyone would want to buy from someone like this is beyond me. Anyone who cannot even help students in our community isn't worth buying from. Stay away from this lady and her business. Rude gets you know where!!!
