The employee at the store named youmna has added samsung tablet to my account but she didn't give me the tablet and she messed up my cousin's account as well and she lied to my cousin about the plans and claimed that her name is Rosy. I'm never going back to this store, worst service ever..

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Youmna and my experience at this Metro by T-Mobile. She was SO sweet, kind, helpful, understanding, patient and everything about the entire visit was absolutely wonderful. I purchased what I came to purchase and she went above and beyond to make the entire transaction as amazing as possible. Anytime I visit a store, I will undoubtedly visit this location as see Youmna. Thank you, Youmna!! You are awesome! :)

This store sold us two phones with a plan for newly arrived immigrants to America. It was only after we purchased them that we discovered the phones are of very poor quality. When I took my friends into the store to get better and different phones, we were told, "Oh yes, these phones don't work well. Many others have this complaint." They would not make a change or rectify the issue. I NEVER would've purchased these phones / service had I known they don't work well. It was a costly mistake. Avoid this store!!
