I was having eSim issues with my new iPhone for 4 days, called everywhere and went to other stores and they took hours and still couldn’t get it activated. Went there he was very professional and got it activated effortlessly. Even gave me a deal on a new line, great guy, great service.

My phone screen was inoperable so I went to this location for assistance. Sam was playing pool or pinball on his phone while he was so called assisting me. He called someone to bypass my phone and never gave me an answer or looked at my phone. He pulled out three phones, stated the prices (as old an expensive as they were), offered each one and asked me how much money I had. I informed him that my phone was insured and that I would not be purchasing a phone but calling to use the insurance I pay for every month. I fixed the phone myself which I'm sure he could have done. Trying to get over!

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a phone company and business. I was sold a number that belonged to someone else and it was still active with that someone else. That someone else got access to my contacts, made a cash app and started to ask my family for money and some gave it because he used my name due to the negligence of this company then I went to this location and stood there for 3 minutes and no one came to the front counter to help me I could have stole everything but I'm a good person I just made a video of my encounter and I will be holding that until I'm properly compensated.

The worst experience ever. I went because my son's phone was broken and asked for my options and they failed to mention I had insurance until after I had purchased a phone and when I said I wanted a refund and to use my insurance they said no I asked for manager and they said they didn't have a way to contact them. Never again looking to switch to a new carrier.

Worst experience ever, no wonder they are constantly firing and hiring people. Just left there and if they were working for me and heard them the way there were acting l would of fired them to. As a supervisor for my company l would reccomend stop hiring kids and look for people who work and want the customers to keep coming back.

Just had new phones activated today with the store manager Najiba. I would say she provided a very best customer service to us. She was very amazing and patient also helped us find the best we needed. I appreciate your help and kind way. I will definitely recommend to everyone to visit here and get their service activated.

I've never had a bad experience with metro pcs in the last 15 years that I've been with metro. But this location is horrible! On two different occasions I've gone in to have my kids phones serviced. It's like the associates don't want to do the work! If your not buying a new phone then they don't want to help you. I was told in order to have my sons phoneq transferred to another phone the phone needed to be unlocked??? NOT TRUE!!! I took my business to the corporate store and had no problem transferring the phone!
