They are now in another location not far from where they were before and there is a nice coffee shop across the street where you can have a quick snack while you wait for your order to be filled.”

“I read the recent reviews for both the Burleson and the John Ryan Drive location in Ft. Worth. I chose the Ft. Worth location because of the poor reviews of the Burleson location.
I’ll give the John Ryan Drive location a good review.
The lady at the reception desk was pleasant and professional. She processed my paperwork quickly and accurately.
My phlebotomist, Jessica (I think), was also professional and kind. I told her I am unable to use my left arm for blood draws. Although I had a recent blood draw and an injection of contrast in my right arm, she was able to quickly and painlessly find a good vein for my blood test today.
The office appeared to be clean and organized.
When you enter you must check in on an electronic kiosk. It was not difficult. You must present your driver’s license and insurance card. Then the receptionist will call you to the desk for processing your visit.
FYI, the LabCorp office is inside the Cooks Children’s Office building.

“I was so impressed with this business. I had to do a three hour glucose tolerance test at this location and the staff was soooo nice to me. They frequently checked on me and made small talk with me while I was there. I thought maybe they were just being friendly to me because they felt bad for me being stuck there so long but they greeted every person who came in with a friendly face and no one had to wait long at all. There was a student working there and they were so kind to her as well which also speaks volumes. The chairs were comfortable and the facility was very clean.”
“Shon was great and was humorously upset with my doctor's office for not having orders already in (which really annoyed and angered me). I enjoyed her saying they weren't doing their jobs while I was on the phone because I can't say that and still have a good experience in their office, but she could say it and I loved it!!!
