Had questions about online attempt to order adjustable bed frame. Purchased bed from your store 2+ years ago when moving from Pennsylvania. Spoke with Dixie who was very patient and helped with all my questions. We were able to successfully schedule for delivery on Monday.
Dixie was professional, pleasant and returned my call later in the day for additional clarification.
I will be referring other residents to Dixie and your store in the future.

We went in to buy a new mattress knowing little to nothing about what we liked or were looking for. Dixie helped us thru the whole process! She gave us several options to narrow down our preferences and then several choices at various price points from there. She was able to get us a great mattress at a great deal all without being pushy or rushing us to make a choice. I’ve already recommended this location to a neighbor and plan to be back in the future next time I need another mattress. Thanks Dixie!!

Loved the care and service we were given, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you are looking to find the best mattress for you ask for ROSS and not Ross dress for less, Ross sleep for less! The golden standard of what a salesman should be, respectful, informative, patient, and willing to do what’s right to put the customer first. Give this man a raise or better yet let him help manage all the stores in the Fort Worth area! Found our dream bed and couldn’t be happier!
