If I could give no stars i would. Richard, Rosa, Courtney and lewis. All rude people. Rosa be realistic and do your job instead of keeping merchandise in the back. They say one thing then do another. The store sells broken shlt most of the time and still wont MOD that shlt out they want pennies still. Worst combo store around and will be contacting the district manager since they refused to give any information on that or corp.
Because they knew they were wrong.

The customer service is the absolute worst! Today, dropped in looking for some work out clothes. Ended up finding what I needed, around $300 which goes a long way at Marshall's. Got to the Register and the lady ringing up the order just took the items off the hanger and wadded it up and put it in the bag. I asked her if I could just leave everything on hangers and she was like No and it was at that point I asked her if she would please fold the clothes neatly vs wadding them up. I was pleasant in the request but my RBF said it all. She thought I was rude. Frustrating!
