was serviced today and all ill say is that im headed to another familiar shop at the last minute to correct their work dne mere minutes ago lol didnt feel like going back and forth just politely ended the service once my base was put on because i was not confident they would get the design correct
i used to be able to show an inspo pic here and they would nail it but today & from the moment the drill was pulled out i knew it would be trash but my vacation is tomorrow so was hoping i would be wrong
quality has definitely went down chairs are uncomfortable , its simply different here now
i hate getting my nails serviced at the same time my toes are done too uncomfortable for a service thats meant to be relaxing
was a long time customer between my daughter and I sadly we wont be back after today
when doing my toes the drill burned me cause it was being done so rough
jerking my hands because you decided to do my nails on the side when my toes are being done
huffing and puffing because you had stand a few times to attempt to get a good angle , why would i need to twist and turn my body for your comfort
simply held my composure and left

This nail salon deserves more than 5 stars. During todays visit I witnessed one of the nail techs being very gentle with an elderly lady that was getting a pedicure. He helped place her in her wheelchair, walked her & her daughter to their car, carried her into the car and loaded the wheelchair for them. It was so amazing to witness this!
Helen is a gem! Her work is so amazing. The time, effort and patience she puts into her work is top tier. So glad I found her! She made me feel right at home and I can’t wait for my next visit! ?✨?

Helen takes no accountability for herself or her staffs (Tam) mistakes, I was told due to the way my natural nails grow it’s not their fault because they only now how to do false nails.From the shaping of my nail to design I hated my experience, it gave ghetto nail shop. No luxury whatsoever. If you like to throw money away this is definitely the nail shop for you.

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. I came here on may 11 at 1:37pm left at 5:21 pm It was alot of people so I waited patiently for 2 hours. Upon sitting and waiting for two hours and it was almost time for me to get my nails done Helen asked another tech that we’re doing feet if she was almost done with a customer toes while she was doing someone else’s manicure. Insinuating that she was gonna do her nails when the other nail tech was done with her toes EVEN THOUGH I WAS NEXT. I explained to Helen that it wasn't fair that she was waiting on the other girl to get done with her toenails when I was supposed to get my nails done FIRST if it’s on first come first served basis. Helen agreed and still told me that she wasn’t doing my nails even though the other girl was getting her toes done and was just gonna wait on the girl to get her toes done so she can start on her nails. I asked Helen did she think it was fair and she agreed and said no but did the EXACT opposite of what was fair and written in you guys policy for first come first served because the client was a regular of Helen’s and she gave them both extra money to put her in front of me. I said i was going to leave a review and Helen asked tam to do my nails instead and another nail tech TAM the chubby one gonna yell out & say “I’m not doing her nails” i feel as if i was extremely discriminated against since I’m not a regular customer for Helen or the other nail tech that is working along side her on the day of May 11, 2024 & this is after NOT BEING LOUD, DISTURBING, I STAYED CALM THE ENTIRE TIME. Helen and other customers Agreed that it was very unfair yet still continued with the unfair act. The chubby lady decided that she wasn’t going to do my nails or the other black lady that had just walked in. My nails are cute but rate 0 for fairness, customer service & it’s really sad that I was discriminated against .

Luxury Nail 1 is my new nail hot spot! This was my second visit and I needed something special for my youngest son's upcoming wedding. I was a walk-in (as usual since my work schedule is off the chain daily). The 3-D flowers are FIRE...PERIODT and was in and out in less than 45 minutes which is unheard of at any nail shop! Kudos to my new favorite nail tech and entire staff. See photos attached.

The nail shop is absolutely amazing ! But for some reason they can’t get here on time ! Such an inconvenience cause now I have to move my plans to later times b/c of this ! Here on a Saturday where they supposed to open at 9:30! It’s now 10:00 &’ I’m still waiting !

Saw Helen instagram and she had some amazing beautiful pics so I wanted to go see her work up close and when I tell you this was me & my daughters first time going and Tam & Helen did an amazing job I love my nails , I will definitely be going back…

I got here at 10:00am to get my nails done and unfortunately, there is no nail tech available. Helen is out on vacation, the other lady should have been at work at 10:00am but didn’t show up. That’s is so ghetto when you have customers that are waiting to get services.

I got a full set and a pedicure French and everything was absolutely perfect! Fast friendly and accurate service. Came in and sat right down and got up with 0 complaints! I will def be back;)
