This place is a gem. I came in not realizing they were about to close (my first time in) they still took me with a smile. I was serviced by Sydney. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. THE BEST NAIL SPA IN FORT WORTH! They were efficient and the quality is by far the best nails I've ever had! I really rough on my nails and I typically can only keep my nails on for maybe 1 week, max. It's sometimes 2-3 days. I tried Legends nail spa for the first time, and I am at week 3 of not one breaking or chipping. I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done! Their prices seem so much more reasonable and there are no "secret fees" that always seem to be added in at the other places I used to go to. I've always wanted to find a "go to" nail spa in Fort Worth instead of bouncing around to random places that I'm not Familiar with. After 21 years of living in Fort Worth, I FINALLY found my nail spa home!

About two weeks ago, I went to Legacy nails to get a French tip. The following day my nails begin to chip and so I contacted the people to correct the issue. They were really nice about the situation and said to come back whenever to get them fixed. So the following week I went back on a Tuesday to get them redone. The lady fixed my nails was nice. I asked her if this would happen again and she said"if it does just come back again. So a week later, my nails begin to chip again! I am so frustrated and disappointed in the quality of the nails and service.

Always happy with my pedicures and the customer service, place is quiet and spa like introverts dream. Also always let me sit waiting for them to dry when I'm often kicked out of my seat for the next customer at near by places.

If you went in with an attitude, you probably received an attitude back! These ladies were extremely welcoming, but I went with a smile which reciprocated excellent hospitality, no one wants to provide services to snotty people! I absolutely love my nails and my pedicure!! I wanted to venture out and try another location and Legend Nail & Spa did not disappoint. I had one lady doing my nails and another doing my pedicure and each took their time.

There were only 4 people working. The lady who started doing my nails didn’t even say hello. Just rude. The vibes in there weren’t good either. Something told me to walk out as soon as I was approaching the door. But I wanted my nails done so I stayed. After I picked a color from the limited selection of dip powders the lady began taking off my previous dip powder. She was rough doing that. Once she started to file my nails she cut my cuticle I STARTED BLEEDING. I YANKED MY HAND BACK FROM HER. Mind you I’ve never had to do that in my life. Every nail lady I’ve had has been gentle. Not this lady. She said give me your hand I said no. She said sometimes that happens. I said no you were being rough for no reason. So I got up went to the counter and paid $10. I am calling the BBB so I can file as many complaints as I can about this place.

I'm about to go on a cruise. So I want my nails to look good, plus my cuticles were dying since they dried out this winter. Well, this place was super slow and got us right in, but then my lady started. She gave me attitude because the water was a little too hot, so just gave me cold water. Straight up HACKED my nails into odd shapes, didn't trim or even push back my cuticles, and throughout the whole thing, sighing loudly and scowling like I did her wrong somehow. For 100 bucks, this is a rip off and insane that anyone would get treated this way.

PREJUDICE!!!! I was the only black customer in here and they served all other races before me. I eventually walked out after another group of white people came in and they began serving them drinks, setting them up for pedicure, while I still sat there with NO SERVICE
