Each experience I have had at Jared has been better than what I could have ever asked for. In the past I have done business with Bradley and Joel, both of them helped me out to the best of their ability and made sure I got what I was needing. Most recently I met Amanda, she was great, extremely personable, and got my wife and I exactly what we were looking for.

Always a good experience walking into Jared. All the employees are super helpful and will go beyond your expectations. Mallorie is the one that helped us today, and she was so accommodating to any questions that we had and gave us excellent service. Will absolutely be returning for any jewelry needs in the future!

We went in to have my ring repaired. Mallori was very pleasant and helpful. While waiting we browsed the store. I found a couple pieces of jewelry I fell in love with. Mallori let me try on the pieces, without any sales pressure she let us talk. We ending up buying a ring I fell in love with. We also got a discount from management.
Thanks Jared….you have such beautiful jewelry and the kindest employees.

Jared always has to fix the mistakes when I buy from other jewelry stores but I will not be shopping anywhere else but Jared ever again!! Amanda, the manager is always so helpful and makes sure the job gets done right. They have the best customer service and warranties on their jewelry.

Never doing business at Jareds again especially this location. I drop my wifes ring off to ger reapiared. They said it would be done monday, so i call an no one answers the phone, so i call again then someone asnwers an leaves me on hold for 15 min i jist hung up at that point. Called back the next day an what do you know put on hold again for 10 min so stay on the phone an someone finally takes me off hold. Says they cant find my wifes ring so they put me on hold again for 10 mins an the tells me the ring isnt finished, now i wont be able to pick the ring up for 2 more days cause they didnt havent done by the time they said it would be. Ridiculous
