I bought a Lincoln nautilus back in January and went to Hooks Lincoln for a scheduled appointment. Once I arrived, the service lady said that she was unable to retrieve my appointment and tried to diagnose my vehicle herself. She was vey rude, inconsiderate, mad lacked great customer service. She also stated the car was in the other owners name despite me telling her I have the paperwork and I’m the new owner.. I decided to leave and I’ve been going to Lincoln- Frisco ever since even though I live in Crowley.. I would never visit them again!!

Ryan made the whole process very simple. He handled all the paperwork at the office and delivered the car to our home. Our family is looking forward to having Hooks as our go to dealer for life!

Outstanding customer service.. Moved here and needed to find a dealership that could take over my car maintenance and any repairs... They went above and beyond to be helpful... Doug our service advisor was Outstanding and I will definitely be using them for any future needs or buying a newer Lincoln...

Jeff Payne was great! He was so informative, patient, friendly and I appreciate that there was no pressure! Nice dealership and everyone there was super friendly. The process of buying the car was easy, quick, and straightforward with no games or waiting while someone checked with the manager. All around great experience!

Honest! Straightforward! That sums it up. The way a dealership should be. It is important to know I have bought WAY too many cars and have an unusual amount of experience dealing with dealerships. I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a dealership quite like this. It was a blast from the past. ZERO hidden gimmicks like “nitrogen in tires, ceramic window tint, LoJack installed” that dealerships charge anywhere from $1000-$3000 for even if you don’t want them. None of that at Hooks. Next, I spoke to the general manager within 5 minutes of being on the lot. I also spoke to him no less that 6 times as he checked in on us multiple times. Most mangers stay in a booth and you don’t talk to or see them. They are just back behind the scene shooting numbers back to the salesman and playing number games. Next, at most dealerships when you make an offer the salesman disappears for about 30 minutes to go to talk to the manager. Then he shows back up with “great news”. “We tried to get there on your trade but man that car has just taken a dip” and the ol “we looked up what these are bringing at auction and we can buy them for x” talk. Then he circles some other number that isn’t relevant to the deal and tries to shift your focus. You send him back with another offer and he is gone for 45 minutes this time and comes back with more lines. Today at hooks I made two offers in total. The first one I made he said “give me one minute”. He walked back to his desk in 45 seconds and said, “we are too far apart on that. Not going to insult you or waste your time.” I was shocked that I didn’t get the back and forth. I decided I would give him my honest offer. I made the offer and he said 1 minute. This time he was gone for 30 seconds and came back and said “you have a deal.” Lastly, my wife and I were shocked at how fast we were signed sealed and delivered. Didn’t go sit with finance or anything like that. The same sales consultant we had been with sat us down at his desk and printed the documents we needed to sign. 10 minutes we are sitting in the car. That simply doesn’t happen anymore. Apparently it does at Hooks.
Highly recommend Tommy, Bob and Hook’s Lincoln. Probably earned our business for life.
