I’d like to start by saying I LOVE hobby lobby, such a fun store to browse and shop! I usually shop at another location which I could rave about customer service but tried Presidio today because I was on the hunt for a frame I purchased at another location but I grabbed the last one and needed one more. I did not see it with the frames so I thought no big deal, I’ll order it online but I’ll ask someone just to make sure they don’t have one here. Three employees were standing near the frames, I heard an employee complaining in a rude tone about having to help yet another customer, clearly annoyed that she was having to deal with people. Isn’t that clearly in your job description?? Meanwhile I was wanting to ask for help but now felt that I could not. The lady who said that saw me and quickly said, “were you needing help?” The employee behind her said “she was probably debating on whether or not she should ask.” No one apologized for the awkwardness of the situation. Just blew it off like it wasn’t a big deal at all. Not knowing what to say I looked at the woman who hadn’t complained about helping a customer and asked if she was available to help me find a frame and then all 3 employees came to assist me which made me so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave the store. My 2 babies were with me so I didn’t want to confront the employee who was being unprofessional. I run my own business and take pride in customer service so this situation just really turned me off to wanting to shop here.

Overall, Hobby Lobby is a store that sells everything for crafts and home decor, with average prices. They have good sales but unfortunately, you can't shop online and pick up in store. In addition, they don’t have tap pay. So don’t forget your cash and CC.

I love all of the beautiful things in this store. I especially love the sales. The employees are kind and helpful. The store is very clean and organized.

The picture inset I had cut was done very poorly by a scowly employee who mumbled ‘what do you want’ to start things off
The frame I bought was a cheap POS which destroyed itself moments after hanging (the bottom just fell out and the thing destroyed itself before it even hit the ground
The cashiers are lifeless, angry and look like they wish for death, I don’t blame them after seeing the horde of Karens from the nearby exurbs treat them like dogs
So yeah, 0/10 on both customer service and quality of product sourced- If you read this far and are still planning on going it’s entirely your fault

I don't think I've ever left this place empty handed! I almost always find what I'm looking for, and if I don't, I usually still find something there I can use. I've always experienced helpful service from the employees. If they don't know where an item is (very rare) then they find someone who will know. The restroom is always clean.
