I took my pants to this store for alterations, and they measured them. However, after several weeks, the pants were returned completely altered incorrectly. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my money or fix their mistake. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

The front desk was extremely nice and helpful. They did an excellent job on my dress that was for a gala and my husband suits. We have used them on several occasions and each time the service and superior and my clothes were done excellent. I have also used them to hem several pairs of pants. Great work and turn around time as well.

The worst dry cleaning ever. I took in a man’s white dress shirt, it was for a wedding, and when I picked it up the pressing was the worst I’ve ever seen. The one sleeve from the elbow down wasn’t pressed, the front collar and front top of shirt had pressed in wrinkles. I took it back in to be redone, it was better but still pressed in wrinkles. I found out they don’t do the work there they send it to Cosmic Cleaners. The women at the front counter are very nice but I won’t be going back or to Cosmet Cleaners either.

I took my husband's suits in and for the first time he went to wear his suit today for a funeral and found the shirt like this!!!

The front desk staff was amazing. Karen was kind (I know, kind of an oxymoron but ??♂️) and even helped with a simple redo. They were able to get complicated stains out of my dress shirts and even got stubborn BO out of my suit jackets. They are priced with the market, but the service I received was worth another visit. I will definitely be seeing y’all soon.

If I could put zero stars I would. These are the most rudest workers I have ever had to deal with. They are always on their phones and look like they are so unhappy to be there. I have not been back in over a year. I would much rather drive out of my way to another cleaners before I ever took my belongings back to these people.

I had 6 items dry cleaned. Prices are not posted. When I picked up the clothes. I was charged $68 for 6 items. Mostly simple dresses ( nothing fancy. $11 per item. Ridiculous!!! Over priced cleaners. Highland Cleaners i won't be using you to dry clean my clothes anymore. Post your prices so others know what they are paying before they leave the establishment. I asked the employee if I received a discount she said she gave me a 10 percent discount. I paid $68. Never never never will I use them again.

The young woman at the front remembers me by name and is very friendly. Keeps me coming back every time. Press jobs are usually nice. Only once was it just so-so.
