The people who work at this location are the best! Alex the manager is friendly and informative. I go in there so much the workers Nick and Vishnu know my tastes and are always friendly, knowledgeable and tell me about new items. This store is smaller but they utilize their space well. This is one of my favorites gamestops to go to.

GameStop always manages to hire the scum of the earth…. So I arrived right when it opened on Feb 16 for an amiibo, mind you I was respectful completely chill vibes on my end, he asked if I pre ordered the amiibo and I told him I didn’t because I’ve never had to in the past, and he was mad pressed because I didn’t, like right off the bat being extremely disrespectful with his tone and demeanor, he could’ve 1000% been more polite… I asked if he had any loose ones to sell he said no and didn’t want to check so I asked about another amiibo that had re-released, I asked super politely and he snapped back at me aggressively and at that point I about had it, then he gave me this long lecture, I would’ve appreciated it if he wasn’t so rude. I understand company decisions aren’t the employees fault, but he was making it sound like everything was my fault. Then I just left mid explanation… That guy was rude, disrespectful, lazy, and aggressive. He might be a manager because he opened, but he was a black/ mestizo balding incel, glad he’s miserable, I’m also glad GameStop is going out of business to put him in the streets. After that I went to Best Buy to buy my amiibo peacefully as it should be. I’m going to start boycotting GameStop and y’all should too, we vote with our dollars people!!

Nick and Beza were absolutely incredible in my experience in the store. They helped me with a smile on their face and a good attitude. I had a horrible experience at a GameStop earlier today and they completely turned it around. I will only be going to the store, these guys deserve a raise, thank you Nick thank you Beza!!! They were closing in one minute and still let me in to handle what I needed to amazing customer service!!

I went in earlier today to get some one piece cards and I was brazenly told by a be that he had already bought them all..not only do we have to deal with scalpers but also the folks stocking the shelves…disappointing..

Constant manager switching! I form a relationship with one person, and they seem to be forced out. It’s sad.The location isn’t hard to find, but the staff does the bare minimum whenever possible. 3 stars for just being average at best, on a good day.

I had the chance to come to this location twice this week due to them having the biggest inventory in the area. I was pleased with the helpfulness of an associate by the name of Alex who went above and beyond to help me and it's the only reason I left any stars on this review. Unfortunately I had to return an item and was attended by a mean and non caring associate by the name of Vishnu who was listening to music and ignoring customers all around. At the time of checkout he was also extremely disrespectful and threw the item that I had paid for on the counter like nothing. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in any place before and I hope that management does something serious about it.

Loved our recent visit to this GameStop! Gary was so nice, we appreciated everything he did for us. We left with 2 shirts after selling our game and he was very helpful with the advice he gave us :)

Went in to try to get information and personal opinion on VR headsets. Specifically the META Quest vs the PSVR2. Wasn't successful. Neither of the employees had any experience, opinion, information or fun facts....really nothing to say about either. Ended up going to a different location.

The cashier with long hair, who’s name I’ve forgotten, was not only weird but also a bit rude. Walked in with items to sell, and his response was “everyone’s looking to sell today, apparently” with a sigh. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. He was just awkward and not very fast. Only one employee in the store, and lines start forming when he can’t multitask. Would not recommend this location due to poor customer service.

Friendly. I was able to call ahead and ck firm a copy of the game I was looking for was available. Once I arrived, I was greeted and assisted immediately and told about promotions and sales opportunities. When I declined I wasn't haggled. Pleasant exchange. I'll be looking to go hear for further purchases.

Great customer service -- I went in with questions about the PS5 (I haven't had a console other than the Switch since the PS2 era, so it's all foreign to me) and the team here answered all of them in the most friendly and informed way possible. I didn't feel silly for asking questions, and got some great info and perspective from them.

3:45pm: they are closed. Sign says back in 30 minutes but not sure 30 minutes from when...No wonder sales are in the toilet, how you gonna make money closing in the middle of a workday? Came to spend money but guess they don't want our business.

Tried to stop in to buy and gift but had a sign up saying left at ____ be back in 30 mins. It's been over a hour and they still aren't back. I guess they don't need the business ?
