Came to get an oil change and ended up paying $285 for a broken bolt in one of my tires that they damaged when patching up my tire. This is also how they returned my car, door handle full of oil grease. They didn’t even wash my car to remove the white writing on the window.Last time I am coming here will take my business somewhere else. -5 star review.

Great place for a Quick oil change, clean and neat waiting room with friendly customer service. I have been coming here for several years my friend referred me and they were so quick and efficient with my truck I've been bringing every truck I've gotten since.

Set up a service appointment to have diagnostics done on a leak. It took several rings for anyone to answer the phone. I did manage to make an appointment and I arrived on time. I was told my rep was busy helping someone else. I waited half an hour with no one helping me. I chose to leave and suddenly when I did the manager had time to call me repeatedly to try to fix the issue.
Highly recommend you go somewhere else. Too bad there’s no other dealership in town.

The wait and customer service was good. I needed a new tire that was very expensive so I went to discount tire and got it for half the price otherwise I will go back for the oil change

Oil change and tire rotation done. I told the service rep I didn't want a car wash since I got it detailed the day before. They still put it through the car wash, and my car had swirl scratches and water stain marks on it. I wasn't happy at all. Thankfully, Ashley the service manager came to the rescue and had her detail team buff out the scratches the next day. Great customer service!

So disappointed on how their “service team” really services you. Warranties are no good here. No amount of labeling, or no paper work will get you the service you need free. Or with in the guild lines once you drive off in the vehicle you purchase that’s it. Good luck

Terrible I purchased a car from this dealership the battery was manufactured in 09/22 and went bad now they're are trying to tell me I need to buy a new battery. Not even two years old battery, they said I purchased the car not a battery. Like what? It literally says 24 months free replacement yet they don't honor their own word. Straight scammers!

I have a 1989 240. It needed service and called and explained it needed service.Told the gal what year and make it was. She said, not a problemHad to have it towed on Saturday and when the driver got there they said they didn't work on vehicles older than 10 years.He had to bring it back to anther service center. It costs over 500 dollars for two tows. Won't ever come back here for service !!!@

I was super pleased with them for a couple of years. However, I got really tired of them pushing me to agree to thousands of dollars in repairs and maintenance every time I changed my oil. There is nothing malfunctioning on my vehicle! I maintain it well. The last experience I had was completely unacceptable, and I'm not going back.
