So we work hard to keep our lawn in good shape which is made more difficult with water restrictions and heat, but we spend a lot of time and money to keep it healthy. So it's extremely irritating when FedEx pulls up along our easement instead of our driveway and tramples through the yard to deliver a package.
So there's what you call a sidewalk. It connects to a driveway. The driveway, which never has a car in the way there, connects to the walkway that leads to our front door. How about using that and having some respect for people's property? It's ridiculous that people have no issues trudging through someone else's lawn, especially a professional company.
This is also the same female driver who pulled right up to our trash cans along the easement and when leaving, drove the FedEx truck right into the trash can and cracked the side of it a few months ago. Sometimes I'm surprised our packages arrive at all since instead of putting them behind our pillar as specified on our FedEx account they just leave them right smack in the middle of the front door for everyone and their mother to see.

It’s a giant shipping facility. Airplanes and trucks. So purple and orange. You could ship a box from here, to anywhere in the world.

Easy to find. The process is a little wonkey to get in but very acceptable when you consider it is a secure location. The staff were fantasic even the security guard.

No idea if this is where my package got lost or not, but this is the third package FedEx has lost this year. Their call center is clueless and will tell you they will update you on a lost package, with no plans of following through. They’re claiming the package is in Memphis, but their website says it is still in Ft Worth. Unimpressive tracking, to say the least. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars in incentive money thanks to FedEx’s inability to move a package from A to B. Currently doing everything in my power to get my company to drop FedEx like a 200 pound bag of bricks and go with a better option, like UPS or DHL or even USPS. I’d be willing to bet carrier pigeons would be an improvement.

Tonsured guy with spectacles won’t accept fedex ground refusal package , he asked me to go to fedex ground center for it. He is lazy to work and won’t accept packages. The FedEx ground customer care redirected to FedEx ship center. It’s a waste of my time.

A driver from this location came into my place of work and harrassed us about not being around enough to make their deliveries. He lied about how often he stops by and lied about the fact that he even calls us at the office. He got upset when we gave him ways to solve the problem and instead said that they would stop delivering altogether. We just work for our company, this isn't any fault of ours when your worker comes to try a delivery (for our company or a customer) outside of office hours, doesn't leave door stickers, and ridicules us.

The shipping station is on the left front corner of the main FedEx World Hub. Customer parking is in the front. It closes around 7 pm.

Beware of the intake clerks at this location who may complete your waybill for unnecessary *Express* shipments resulting in excessive overcharges. I am normally a huge fan of FexEx but a recent experience at this Worldwide Drive location was sub-par. My good friend was shipping some minor items to me using my FedEx account number. She is an inexperienced shipper and believed the FedEx clerk who told her it was only $0.13 (thirteen cents) more to ship the box OVERNIGHT NEXT BUSINESS DAY vs shipping it *Ground + Residential (which he quoted her roughly $22 something) but he wouldn't tell her the total cost because he "didn't know the discount". So, I got a bill for $72.59 when it should have been more like $17. It only takes 1 day typically to get anything from DFW to Tulsa so there was no need to ship it Express Next Day anyway and the request was for Ground/cheap. I am in the process of disputing the charge but FedEx has already told me No twice so far on the phone. The only way my friend would have known what box to check is if the FedEx personnel guided her to do it, and she was clearly provided bad/incomplete information which resulted in a major overbilling.
