This Pawn Shop gave me what I needed for 2 guns. That's the Only Reason I gave them 2 Stars instead of 1. This was the first time I actually needed to pawn something for money. The Older Gentleman that works at this store is a Super Super Nice Person as well as most of the other employees.Looking back, because I was paying off the loan and picking up my property, I felt as if they didn't like people doing that.Anyway, I purchased this gun from from a friend. In doing so, I didn't do the FBI Background Check thing, until today. (Was my first time) and I had a hard time understanding a couple of the questions on the Form.I only Needed to know what they were asking, because the words were somewhat confusing for me. The manager that was working there today said he couldn't help me answer any of the questions. Ok.. I Get That. And I Understand that.However, all I needed to know was, "What are they asking me here and what did a couple of the words mean"?I honestly was at a loss.I wasn't asking Juan (manager) to help me with my answers! I was asking What does this Question Look like? What are they asking me?The manager seemed to "enjoy" telling me, "I Can't Help You at all".At that point I felt extremely Uncomfortable.Up until that moment I had felt Respected and Valued as a Customer. And I realized I had made a mistake in Trusting this Particular Pawnshop."Mature" Managers understand that customers are the Very Ones that "Pay" the employees paychecks. And "Kindness" & "Respect" is the "Key" to "Repeat" Business and "Repeat" Customers.

I needed cash badly and Juan Montiel was very good at his job and he provided me with more than I had expected. Everyone in the shop was very nice and respectful. I would recommend this pawn shop over any other of you are in the Fort Worth area.Thank you Juan!

They tried to offer me 100 for a quarter ounce of 14k gold...I been seriously dealing with gold since i was a young kid.. I know all my Karats and percentages when it comes to the price per ounce/ gram / pennyweight.It was two young kids running the business that offered me the insulting offer.It was very apparent early in the conversation when i was explaining what i have and what i expect, that these two young guys had no idea about the details of gold ... Right then and there i knew i came to the wrong place... Unless you are living like a dog crawling in the streets stuck on foot in that area, dont go. Save your gas...

My first and last time coming there. It was 3 young dudes working there and as a customer they made me feel uncomfortable being there, I couldn't take them serious at all.

this place is full of crooks that try to profit off of those who are in poverty during desperate times I took a brand-new hundred-dollar tablet into their store asking only $20 and they offered me ten I have some cadetes de 15 I said I know you're going to sell it for at least sixty nine and they said no will probably sell it for about 20 and I said what how about the one that's exactly identical to mine exact same brand and model that you have on your floor on sale right now for $69 and then they said oh oh oh well that one is because we gave a higher loan on it anyway they were rude inconsiderate discourteous and I can honestly say I will never go there again even if it meant me starving

This is the most unfriendly pawn shop ever. When i walked in the store i got looked at very weird. It took them about 5 min to come talk to me and the white lady that works there is very snobby. I would not come to this one A1 is better than this one.
