This guy manager at this location is not professional. He was letting a friend of his get free stuff. He told the guy go get more stuff that's all you want. He literally stealing from Dollar tree in plain sight. He is very rude. How you can't help a paying customer while you smuggling products to your friend. He very arrogant.

The store manager Edward is very rude with no customer service. Staff called him to ask a question for a customer and he never showed up. When the customer came to him since he never came to the register to see what the cashier needed. He had a nasty attitude towards the customer.
Edward needs more training on customer service or he needs a job where he doesn’t have to interact with people.

VERY IRATE EX CUSTOMER HERE!!!
Be work, I had a little time to spare, so I decided to go into the Dollar Tree and grab a few snacks for me and my coworkers and while doing so, this guy name Edward come up to me and accused me of stealing which is absolutelyly ludicrous! I have been giving this store my business off and on for over 25 years! I moved some time ago, and hadnt been in there for a while, so quite naturally I was excited to go into my old Dollar Tree. I saw that they had remodeled the store and how everything looked nice. I was walking around admiring the new look while grabbing a few items to purchase. I'm a talkative person, so I was chatting with different peoples in store about how the store looks a lot better than when I lived in the area. I was holding three small items and this Hispanic guy named Edward ask me if I needed a cart. I replied, "no thanks because I'm not trying to buy more than what I need" since I was just there to get a few snacks for work. He then said, "yes you need a cart" I then laughed and told him "no I do not!" He kept saying I did and proceeded to look down at my purse as if I was putting stuff in it. I ask him was he trying to accuse me of stealing and he replied very rudely saying, "you've been in here long enough" I nicely asked him if there was a time limit that I had to be in the store. I was early for work and had an hour to kill so I wasn't in a rush. I asked for the manager and he rudely replied that he was the manager. So I ask him for corporate number and he said GOOGLE IT! At this point, I was so distraught because I have never experienced anything like this before and for what...shopping and admiring the new remodel. I told others my story only to find out that im not the only one that he does this way! I will never go there and spend my hard earned money in this place again as long as he's there sterotyping people because they choose not to bet a shopping cart and spend more than two minutes in the store. The young cashier lady was very nice but the manager Edward was VERY rude. It's sad to say, but if a manager is showing this type of behavior, he will soon run all of his customers away!

this place is discussing and has terrible employees. I got accused for stealing just because i got on my knees looking for an cleaning product on the bottom shelf. why would i steal from dollar tree?? why would i steal in general. a whole employee was next to me to. she told the manager and while he kicked me out for something i did not do.he started cussing at me and laughing saying im poor???? you work at dollar tree.

The store manager is a horrible man,im a 16 yr old kid and he was talking about to another minor he said I had autism and said I was slow and when i confronted him about it he fired me and told me to not come back or he would call the cops corporate has done nothing about this issue

OMG! It's a completely new store as the previous one had to be really, really old. The new layout opens it up to expose wide aisles, its super clean, spacious and well stocked.
I saw things that I had to previously drive over to Benbrook or the naval air base to get. Its nice, neat and daylight bright. The floors are shining, it smells good. They have more cashier stands and NO self-check out which I'm thrilled to pieces that they don't have & won't be putting in I hear.
I've always loved the employees here as they're always bright, cheerful and provide fabulous customer service. With no self- checkout I'm pleased that customer service will remain top tier. If you haven't been go check it out, you'll love it!
