I bought VIP tickets in January 2024 for the Diva Royale Drag Queen Show in Fort Worth for the evening of June 15th. This was a birthday celebration and gift for a great friend. When we arrived at the venue, 425 Commerce St, FTW, this is Hyenahs comedy club. The front door worker said he didn’t know why this show was using their address for their show. There was no such show at this location. When I called the number on the Diva Royale website, a female only then told me that show was cancelled. I received no notice, no email, no phone call…nothing. I was told to respond to my confirmation email to request a refund. There was no such option. I had to contact StubHub, who issued the tickets, but they had no notice of a canceled show and would not assist in establishing a refund. I will never entertain the idea of seeing any show associated with Diva Royale Drag Queen Show. I highly caution anyone from purchasing event tickets from this company for THIS show. You may be stuck with $400 in event tickets with no one trying to explain a reason for a show cancellation on a moments notice with no cancellation communication or offering any sincere assistance in securing a refund. Do not trust this company to provide the service you purchase.

Amazing show , special love for all the cast and team. Keep it up NYC' . Thankful I was able to witness some of the celebrity Impersonations like Beyoncé.

The Diva royale drag show organizers are the worst. They changed the location of the show to a hole in the wall bar the last minute. Also, we paid for VIP with a three course meal and we got none of this. There was no VIP section and as far as the three course meal they bought out old bacon, eggs and pancakes. The food looked and smelled worst that McDonalds. No one from our party at the food, they took our plates back and promised to refund us for the food and VIP purchased. This was two months ago and to date we still haven't received any type of refunds from this organization. I would not recommend this particular drag show as it's not worth the money. Especially if you plan on getting the upgraded VIP show for a special occasion. Just pay for the drag show and that's it if you must.

we visited New York two weeks ago and booked tickets to see this show. stupidly we booked VIP TICKETS which was supposed to include a meal and vip seating. on arrival we were told there would be no meal included tonight, what a joke... No email to advise us of this change, we were also told we would be given a refund, two weeks later we are still waiting for our refund. The show was RUBBISH and so were the supposedly VIP seats/area. what a money making con.... I would advise EVERYONE TO STAY CLEAR of this company/show...

Do not buy tickets for this show. They are crooks. Changed the venue of the show at the last minute to a place much further away with terrible reviews and people saying they felt unsafe and sexually harassed. I complained and they promised me a refund in writing now are refusing the refund and the paperwork to reverse the charge is enormous. STAY AWAY!

I attended in March and have never been to a drag show, I had super high expectations and was so excited. It was for my friends bachelorette party, who is quite shy. They basically forced her on stage. The drag queens themselves did very well for the most part and did great with their looks. There honestly weren't many people there which made the atmosphere a little less exciting. Overall, I probably wouldn't go back but it's not bad for the price in Las Vegas.

One star is generous. It deserves zero. After paying $198 for a VIP ticket with a "3 course meal" I expected a decent time. Let me tell you - THIS SHOW IS A RIP OFF. The entertainment was fine, but the whole venue was so poorly managed. The show lasted for 1 hour. The show started at 7:30 and the waiter came to my table for the food order at 8:15! There was menu and some of the items had an "up charge" The freaking burger had a up charge! At 8:30 we were told we had to leave because the next show was starting - no food. We NEVER GOT OUR FOOD. I complained and the manager said we would get a refund. You think I ever saw that? NO. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DREADFUL RIPOFF. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THIS IS A SCAM.

Very sketchy place. Purchased VIP tickets for $98pp x 7 people. Was told to bring $22 in cash for the two drink minimum. So for the $98, we were supposed to get soup, salad and choice of entree. BEWARE, that was not the case. When we sat down, the server said we had to pay more $$ for food. WHAT??? I thought that was included in this combo price. Only after we spoke up did they listen. Choices were limited. Their was no soup or salad and there was an up charge for some of the items listed. If they would have been upfront from the beginning then I would not have had an issue. I would know what to expect. For the $22 cash it is for well drinks-vodka I never heard of. There was another up charge for Ciroc and other premium alcohol of $5. So really each drink is $16 or you can use it for beer. But your paying $11 for a Corona. I was not impressed with the Diva Royale show. No extravagant costumes! I have seen much better. They get you up after the show is over because they use the same area for the Hunkamania show. Honestly stayed for ~10 minutes to watch in the back and that was so much fun. Those guys were truly HOT! Cannot recommend this to anyone. Maybe for bachelorette party do Hunkamania skip on spending for VIP ticket. There was nothing VIP about that experience and be prepared to tip, tip, tip they heavily depend on it.

What a waste of 125.00. I'm 60 years old and took my daughter to her first drag show. I have seen many drag shows in several cities and this was by far at the bottom. There were three queens, each did two numbers for a total of 6 songs. They were much more concerned about going into the audience and grabbing the dollar bills than performing the song. If this would have been a free show at a bar like many drag shows are, fine. But two tickets were 125.00!!! A huge disappointment and really a rip off.

We bought general admission tickets for my friends bachelorette. We got there right when the doors open because we were told it's first come gets better seats. When we got in we were told we would have to stand because we weren't VIP and the show is oversold out. There were more than enough chairs. My party just ended up sitting in chairs because one of us was pregnant and they allowed us. It was very very disorganized and poorly ran. Almost embarrassing. I then ordered five shots for the group and found out they were $20 per shot. The bartender did not notify me prior they were that expensive. And when you want to buy more drinks besides the drink token they are more. It's a huge rip off. I would not buy tickets if it is for an important event.

DIVA ROYAL IS A RIP-OFF!!!!!!! My maid of honor bought these tickets for my bachelorette party and we're constantly trying to get in touch with DIVA ROYAL in regards to table placement and the menu. We then had to call the restaurant itself and they stated that DIVA ROYAL was not even having an event anymore at this location and we would need to contact DIVA ROYAL for a refund. We then called DIVA ROYAL themselves not even 24 hours after purchasing tickets to their event that was canceled months ago not to our knowledge and were RUDELY told we will not be receiving a refund. NOT EVEN 24 hours later!!! THEY ARE STILL SELLING THESE TICKETS AND STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE AS WE SPEAK!!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GIVE IT TO THIS RUDE COMPANY!!! I promise you it's not worth it!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to the Coronavirus we are now not having a bachelorette party. Wedding may have to be cancelled. 10 of us going up to see a show from all different areas. Half of us don't even know each other to plan another trip up there. Was planned months ago. I get that times are hard for your business and NO REFUNDS are normal. Obviously would have accepted that if we cancelled for no reason. Airlines are refunding, Disney, hotels and other "non-refundable" businesses are also giving people back their money. The governor and mayor are telling people to stay away at this time. So thanks a lot for your terrible customer service. Typically would hope a small business makes it, hopefully not yours!

This review is not in reference to the show, but to the horrible customer service experience. I called immediately after ordering my ticket because of an issue with my order. The man who answered was extremely rude and had an attitude with me. He was not helpful at all, and offered no good resolutions for my issue. I hope the show is better than his customer service skills.
