BIG SCAM HAPPENING SO DISAPPOINTING
Coupons don't attach .. Rewards aren't given after purchase...
If you are able to shop on app it crashes when you try to put things in cart. Now most area stores don't carry sale products so you have to ship instead of buy in store or pre purchase pick up so when ship to get products you don't get rewards if it's pay "this" amount; you have to pay out of pocket the said amount. If you were to go in-store you would get rewards for products cost not out of pocket cost.

Excellent Service at CVS Pharmacy
After moving to this neighborhood three years ago, we've frequently relied on the CVS Pharmacy nearby. Initially, I noticed several negative reviews online, and I could understand some of the frustration expressed. In the beginning, I also felt that their efficiency might be a bit low. However, over time, as I interacted with them more, I realized that every staff member there is incredibly nice and professional,especially Chanty and Jacqueline. They often go above and beyond to help me out, and I am genuinely grateful for their efforts.
I now understand that they are simply following certain procedures and are not lazy or inefficient. It's also important to remember that different insurance companies have different contract terms with pharmacies, which can affect the process. Overall, I highly recommend this pharmacy. The staff is dedicated, and the service is dependable. They did a wonderful job!

I wish I could rate this location less than 1 star. The pharmacy is always backed up. I am not sure if they are under staffed in the pharmacy or not but it's awful. And also the manager on this location is very rude too.

Worst customer service ever. I don’t know what’s happened but they’ve managed to screw up my most recent prescription claiming that they need prior authorization when I’m fact it’s already been approved. Trying to talk to the techs is completely useless as they don’t have a clue.

Lots of negative reviews on here, but I’ve never had an issue with this CVS. Just transferred a script from another pharmacy. Called due to an issue. Waited on phone less than 5 min, then spoke with an extremely nice, professional and helpful employee. Unfortunately, I did not get her name or otherwise I would recommend her for recognition. I switched to another pharmacy a year ago, but thinking I coming back to this one.

This CVS is horrible.I get the same 4 prescriptions every month; and EVERY MONTH I have to wait for the medication for several days to be ordered. Once they receive it, I have to wait another day to have it filled.The staff are all on the computers when you get there while you stand in line waiting for minutes at a time.Don't think of calling you will be on hold for over 5 minutes, then the answers you get to your questions make you feel like you have done something wrong.Whatever you do go to another CVS unless you like additional MONTHLY ISSUES.

I purchased "think! High protein Protein Bar" and I paid $14.79. I checked the same item in other local stores where I normally shop.\n\n(Walmart: $8.54, Target: 8.79, Winco: 8.49, Amazon: 8.54)\n\nBeing a local store, I wanted to go to CVS but why should I pay 68% more. You may say, there may be coupon that I can apply but why should I find coupons and do that hassel when in other neighboring stores, it is 6 dollar cheaper. \n\nPlease explain me why should I even enter CVS next time.

The customer service at this store is horrible. The store manager not the staff greeted me when I came in. They were too busy socializing with the delivery guy laughing, talking loud, allowing him to use profanity in the store. They did not offer assistance at the kiosk. When I left I told them to have a great day. Then they finally acknowledged my presence. I came back into the store to ask for the manager and I’ll behold it was the guy who had been up front. I told him how disappointing the service was and he did apologize but basically told me that’s my feeling about it. I returned my items and will not be back.

This pharmacy is actually trying to rob their customers. They tried telling me I cannot use GoodRX for my dog’s prescription, which is not true. They are contractually obligated to use GoodRX, it does not matter if the prescription comes from a vet. I took the prescription to Walgreens and had NO ISSUE using a coupon. Liars, thieves, frauds. How disappointing, especially in this economy.

The pharmacy doesn’t know what they’re doing here. They told me that one of my prescriptions wasn’t covered and I needed PA from my doctor. The generic drug is covered and my doctor’s office only send generic prescriptions; so why they are only trying to fill my script as a non-generic version requiring PA is beyond my comprehension. Had my doctor’s office very confused and a big waste of my time. I ended up picking up my medicine from Costco with zero issues.
