The employees were just so rude and disgusting. As I requested help by pushing the button no one responded after a while. I walked around looking and saw two female employees eating in the middle of the room and as I asked for help they sucked on their fingers and stared at me. It was just gross and unsanitary.

As the other ratings I would rate less if I could.
I was simply humiliated today in the drive through line at closing.
I understand I was cutting it close but I was in the drive through waiting two minutes before closing.
I waited.
A tall black male opened the window and rudely told me it was too late.
I was stuck for a second and tried to explain I was here waiting in time while he very rudely cut me off and shut the window in my face.
I get it. People probably get irate showing up last minute.
I understand computers stop at a certain time.
BUT what I don’t understand is how this man has the audacity to treat another human like that FOR NO REASON.
You work at this establishment. You work somewhere people typically have a regular monthly relationship with. Why is it people here don’t value customer service?
I wasn’t someone attacking you for doing your job. However your an employee that is a horrible face to the business in wanting people to return and give you their money for prescriptions.
I’ve had great help here too. There’s ladies that have helped me deal with the learning and common confusion, however not today.
I went in to tell the man I had a horrible day and was messed around by cvs all day, originally attempting pick up this am, tat it’s out of his control a computer but not customer service and complete lack of human audacity. They possibly and likely chose to leave me there that two minute window I unfortunately had but who knows.
To top it off when I came in to discuss issue with visit and customer service, over four employees wanted to stand around and comment against me. One young man jumping in and hollering rudely that he told other man at window to shut it. Again, a well established business with customer service and customer care the last priority.
All in all, going in and discussing the lack of customer service somewhere I spend my money, an apology could have turned the situation around and instead was handled completely different. Twice, employees at cvs had opportunity to give common courtesy and gave more effort against it.
Not writing this to be ugly, simply sharing in hopes someone above in CVS is able to have as useful information in working towards the hospitality and care they advertise. There are different types of people in the world and sometimes extremes are needed however there are some people that are having issues in life and with their health, I had extreme unexpected issues leaving me last minute to get there for second attempt of the day. It wasn’t their fault. But it was a let down already missing it. I had tears pushing out as I tried to get there but I 100% was not ugly, yelling, begging, or anything at all for those two men to act that way.

They stole my money like $60 I loaded on chime it was the white women look like she smokes a lot of cigarettes she had the other lady to do it I believe they were working together because after I figured out she didn’t put all my cash on the card I confronted her she was scared and got the smoker who who would be watching everything walking back and forward outside after watching the cameras so be Alert!!!!

Monicah is HIGLY unprofessional, she is extremely rude. ALWAYS yelling at the employees right in front of costumers! The employees look PETRIFIED of her!! She does not need this job!! I wish I could rate ZERO starts!!! And I was an avid shopper at this location, I will NOT be returning.

There is an employee, Ashley, (don’t know last name. She has real long pretty hair) at the CVS on the west side of Fort Worth, specifically off Alta Mere, possesses the ideal attitude one seeks in an employee. As a business owner myself, I commend her for consistently welcoming and bidding farewell to customers with a genuine smile and a caring demeanor. Despite her workload at the counter , she remains exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the effort to greet individuals entering and exiting the store—an experience that is both rare and welcoming in today's business landscape. Such a refreshing approach to customer service is commendable, and I would gladly consider hiring an employee of her caliber for my own company. I encourage you to retain her; she is truly an asset.

Great CVS but sometimes out of stock. Friendly employees but understaffed. Homeless people can approach in parking lot so close parking is recommended. Local CVS I use almost everyday.

These people expect employees to put their life on the line to stop a homeless person from stealing, I’m sorry, but nobody’s life is worth a bottle of perfume, especially when the store is located in crack town!

Great customer service in the pharmacy. When I drop off my prescriptions, I'm given the price ahead of time. My prescriptions are ready in a timely matter, drive- thru is fast and very convenient.

Clean store. Never had a problem with finding what I need. Only interactions with Pharmacy were for vaccine shots and was ok. It can a sketchy parking lot depending on if homeless/panhandlers are around.

This is ridiculous there not taking coupons there not taking cvs gift card and iam in medicade to get all my medicine but they want you to pay vitamine instead not free
