There’s an older lady that works there and she is literally so rude. Never lets me finish talking when I’m trying to explain what I came in the store for. Now I have to go all the way to Bryant irvin just to speak to nice people.

We had a wonderful experience at this location. Hector was so professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. He assisted us with a few questions and changes. If you need assistance, he is for sure your guy and Sales Associate for your phone needs.

The place Stinks something horrid, literally like something is dead in the ceiling tiles. They offer no customer service and no perks for existing customers. Just bought a new phone 2 months ago, everyone I talk to tells me the phone breaks up badly. Went to go see about my options and was told buying a new phone is my best option, not to use my phone insurance, and that there is 0 manufacturer warranty.Called Motorola and they told me my phone will be replaced for free because of the manufacturer warranty.These people are untrained.Recently found that if you see a crown labeling on the door it means that location aims for the fences.Go there

Unprofessional!! Employees do not need to get involved in customers personal affairs! Removed someone from my account whos not arthurazied to make changes and an emoplyee (KRZ108) at this store went ahead and madeyhr changes to my account even tho the person didnt know the pin! Employee krz108 changed my acount pin to the pin the unauthorized person chose!
