The only reason I am giving 3 starts instead of 5 is because my first time using them, they lost a pair of my work slacks. They did reimburse me for those, and I was apprehensive about using them again, but the quality of work they do on my heavy starch jeans is the best I have found. So 5 stars is what I'd give if they hadn't lost my pants my first visit. But they did handle it with reimbursement.

This was my very first experience with this cleaner. I brought my daughter's prom dress to be clean because it had a smell. I picked the dress up the following Saturday spending $157 for the cleaning. When I picked up the dress today it was zipped in plastic so I assumed it was cleaned. I later took it to have an alteration done. Upon retrieving the dress from the plastic at the alteration shop, my daughter and I immediately noticed the smell was still there; it had not been cleaned. I later went back to the cleaners to explain the situation and the tall balded Caucasian guy who originally took the dress from me a week earlier claimed that it was clean. I explained to him that when we took the dress to be altered and retrieved it from the bag it was in it still had the same smell. He attempted to raise his voice at me in which he was quickly corrected. He also included a worker there to verify that he had cleaned the dress.But my standpoint is this... if I paid $157 for a cleaning then the dress should smell clean not like tuna fish. In my personal opinion from this experience I don't believe they do a good job with cleaning. Maybe the results are different when it comes to starching jeans because that is more of an appearance thing.The guy offered and gave me $40 back but of course he still pocketed $117 for cleaning that never happened. I'm sure there are other cleaners in the area with integrity but I would not recommend this location to anyone. If by chance you decide to use this cleaner, please I'm begging you; before you leave the store make sure you smell and look at your clothings to ensure that you are paying for True service.Service: Wedding gown preservation
