Love the store - great layout, courtesy desk and cashiers are extremely helpful. They take care of customers, as opposed to Sam's Club (they've cut back on staff to boost profits but they've lost their customer service). The whole Costco system of shopping is awesome. I've sent stuff to my sister in Wyoming through Costco and never had an issue whatsoever.

This Costco might be the worst Costco I have ever shopped in. Unfortunately for me, it's also closest to me. Even so, every time I shop here I regret not making the drive to Tehama Ridge or Arlington. I have had a membership to this company since it was called Price Club, and only here do I wonder why. This place needs a complete revamping of their customer service policy and an adjustment to their attitude towards their customers and what they mean to them. At times, it has been necessary for me to use a handicap cart. Today was such a time. It is the third and last time that I have been singled out and humiliated specifically by employees, BECAUSE of using that cart. The solitary reason for giving two and not one star is because I do still believe they are a worthwhile company, and that my treatment at this particular store isn't a reflection of the entire organization.

Costco, need I say more? Costco always has top quality merchandise that you can't find anywhere else. I drive 2 hours about once a month to shop there because that is the closest to me. Be careful though because you can end up spending more than you anticipate.

Love this place! They have amazing stuff and great prices! We recently bought a fan from there that we just love. Produce is always of great quality. The staff is very helpful. The clothes are nice. My mom recently purchased 3 pants suits and one of the three had a hole in the pants. I've bought several pants and shirts that are really comfortable. Restrooms are well maintained.

Sherri is amazing, the time I was there I was at the mobile place and it took longer than usual about three hours because we had a couple hiccups, but they help me out. Sherri was so nice. She walked my kids around got them a popsicle. The best service I ever had in my life and my kids absolutely adore her thank you . At the end, they were calling her grandma Sherri lol .
Last, but not least every time we go to Costco ,Ashley is amazing. She’s always helpful.

This is probably the worst costco my family has ever been to. We LOVE costco. So much that we sometimes even go there just to see what's new. Every single member of my family has a membership except my youngest sister. We just moved here not that long ago, and the experience we have had EVERY single time we've gone had been absolutely TERRIBLE. I feel like this is an understatement because they're not really the type of people to complain. However, I will do so for them because this store deserves it. The customer service here is abysmal. I keep wondering, with all these experiences, if there is something about the management that has caused all of the employees to have such a terrible, high-strung attitude. It's not good to be so highly suspicious of your customers. Especially when some of us have not even given you a reason to be suspicious. It may not be apparent now, but in the long-term, the business will eventually see the detrimental effects. I would not recommend anyone shop here.

One of the employees in membership needs worry about her customer service skills instead of the address on my license. These employees assume too much without asking proper questions, went in today for a temporary membership and she tried to lecture me about how the address in my license needed to match with the primary person on the account.

This store is well maintained the staff is friendly and no nearly as over crowded as the north Fort Worth Costco is.
