I refuse to renew my membership after a year as a member. The price of the membership is a lot higher than other membeship wholsale clubs. Other than that, the fact that you can only use Visa and no other cards was a huge problem for me as all my cards are Master Charge or Discover. If I didn’t have money available on my only Visa account I could not put gas or buy in the store. Horrible!! Oh, and the excessive check of the membership card and receipt. You have people checking you 3 times, when you come in, when you pay and when you get out. If you employed less people to “police” your members maybe your prices could be lower. I just paid $20 (limited promotion) for my membership at Sam’s Club and they accept all type of credit and debit cards. Revise your rules and regulations if you want to keep your members.

Patty in the Hearing Aids Department is amazing! The experience was educational and her customer service was on point. Costco saved us 75% over the hearing aids the doctors and clinics ask.

It is really annoying that you are like this, on two occasions at the self-payment service they have been very disrespectful, I was paying and my card was declined because the chip was not working and the person was yelling in my face to take the card away and swipe it again She was very rude because I didn't understand English very well. On other occasions they made me take my card three times to see if it was me in the photo. Very rude indeed.

Management seriously need to work on the food court staff and value the customer’s time. It literally took more than 30 minutes just to get couple of orders of chicken bake. It was complete chaos and literally tested my patience. I love the food but this wait is completely unacceptable and it can be clearly seen they are understaffed.

Good store, I buy bulk for our store to resell and some for family. I love the items they carry that you can’t get elsewhere.

Should not take over an hour to wait for pizza. I had my boyfriend order the pizza as I was waiting in line to checkout our cart. They were giving whole pizzas away to customers who ordered way later. It’s faster getting thru Sam’s clubs food court than Costcos 99% of the time. Won’t be renewing my membership again. Ordered at 3:54 got my food at 5:08. On top of that we ordered a hotdog which they forgot, so we had to go wait in the other line to go get as well….

Costco is always amazing and has great selection of food, clothing, electronic, toys, etc…Costco is usually super busy with lines stretching almost to the back of the store. However, you never have to wait long with how quickly they get everyone checked out. Staff are always super friendly, samples are amazing and the deals are excellent.

Cheapest meds in town with or without insurance is Costco. Also lots of stuff to buy in bulk. Best price on berries as well

If you join, do so online. They do not honor the 20 off promotion in store. I had to pay $60 to join. The girl at the counter, however, gave me a cute costco water bottle for not being allowed to honor the 20 off promotion.
The store had a lot of great items for sale. We got food, but my mom in law got more. I still had to order from walmart for pepsi products & Iced Tea, but not bad. We will definitely be back now that we are members.
