Their operation was seamless, efficient, effective, and professional from the initial telephone contact, to the 24 hour reminder of the pending appointment, to the intake procedure, to exam, etc. We have no complaint; and, believe me, we would complain if it were called for. We're more than lucky to live within walking distance of their office. Obviously we'll continue our relationship.

Dr Lott is caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. He takes the time to analyze my dog's problem and explains the best way to treat it. I'm very satisfied with Cityview. I have only been a client for 3 months but all has been well and they are an excellent choice for pet care. Dr Lott is definitely outstanding.

Dr Raney and staff are wonderful. My 1st time seeing Dr , Raney with my 6yr old Dalmatian. She gave a through examination and found a very sensitive area. I will continue seeing Dr Raney with all my pet needs..

Cityview Animal is awesome. Dr. Randy Jones has been taken care of my little boy Roscoe who is a Pomeranian for almost 15 years. I couldn’t ask for better care. Roscoe has a skin condition and allergies. So he’s been on and off of medicine frequently. Roscoe is not one of those dogs who scarfs down a pill pocket so we were able to switch his oral medicine to injections, which made everything much easier. All the veterinarians and staff are all very caring, easy to talk to and explain everything thoroughly. When the doctors are talking to you nothing else matters but you and your pet; and that is their main focus. The front staff is always friendly and welcoming when you come in and ready to help.
I’ve known Dr. Randy all my life and Cityview Animal is my choice for pet care and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Usually I don’t post negative comments ,actually this is my first and hopefully last time posting…
Anyway,I’ve called yesterday to ask if my 15 years old Maltese can have a Bravecto tablet,protection against fleas and ticks and receptionist told me “yes,I’ll be ready for you tomorrow morning “
So this morning I went there,the girl went in the back to get medicine and at the same time I’m getting phone call from city view vet and someone,without introducing herself said “ you can’t have medicine,you have to bring your dog for exam first “than hung up on me
So I am standing right in the middle of Office, Waiting for someone to actually come talk to me, people around me they were like looking at me asking what just happened I said I have no idea. I called yesterday. I asked for medication and now they just said they can’t give me because I need to bring my dog for exam. I don’t mind bringing my dog for exambut I was supposed to be told that when I called first time and just to call someone just like that I just feel so like unprofessional anyway that is my experience with the city view animal Hospital. I’ve seen Dr.Jones. I liked him a lot, but this was very unprofessional and it just made me feel like we “don’t want you here”.

We have used Cityview animal Hospital for well over 20 years, every staff member is caring and very attentive to the needs of my dogs, every time we take one of the dogs the experience is the best I could ever hope for. We will continue to use Cityview animal Hospital, because I do not believe there is a veterinary clinic that can compete and give the type of service and attention that we receive at Cityview. I cannot say enough good things about Cityview animal clinic. I can only say thank you to them for everything and the care they provide our dogs.

We have been going to Cityview to care for our dogs since 2007.
They have always been caring and truly compassionate through our dogs puppyhood until their last day. The staff is always friendly and the Drs. are the BEST!!
