They claim the cars they sell have clean titles. This is false. They lied about the title status of a vehicle making it impossible for you to register the vehicle as your own. Avoid this place- they falsely flag reviews to get them removed. Shady business.

Do not buy here they are scammers they will sell you a crashed car with clean title and not disclose the history of they’re vehicles claiming they don’t know the history even though they buy from auctions not a trustworthy place to spend you’re money run away as fast as you can

I love Chuck's they work with you don't give you a hassle of getting into a car and fix your car if anything happens. Plus they gave me a full tank of gas when I bought the car. I was in and out the office with my new car within an hour.

Well let's just say I went to get a car in February of 2019. I got a Subaru impreza 2012. I loved it when I seen it. So I put the down payment and not even a month later I was in a loaner car that they provided yes but it was so horrible that nothing worked on it. Mind you I had a fully loaded car. So they had me come back two to 3 weeks later fo get my car. So I took it home and it s was nit fixed. Which the check engine light was on which makes the cruise control not work. So I took it back and they put me back in the same loaner a d I kept that car for almost 2 months before I finally called and wanted my car back. So they said once again the problem was fixed you can come get your car. So I did and I don't live just in fort worth or Dallas I live almost to Waco, TX. So I am driving home and it does it the same thing check engine light comes on and no cruise control still and the front end is still shaking. So I take it back and they put me in another loaner. I seen a car I liked on the lot and talked to the other the same day about it. I gave him all weekend to think about putting me into another vehicle cause I am my daughter's ride to school and need a safe reliable vehicle. So I was told instead of putting me into it he loaned it out to someone else and gave me a specific date I could come sign the paper work and do a trade. So instead I got put back into the Subaru that still had the same issues that never got fixed along with other major issues. The breaks locked up on the vehicle Saturday and the transmission is slipping the back right window don't roll down the front end shakes so bad when driving the ac don't work half the time either. And to tio it off ITS A SALVAGE TITLE!!! TOOK 5 INSURANCE COMPANIES TO TAKE THE CAR FINALLY! SO TODAY I GO UP THERE TO GET MY CAR FIXED AND LOOK AT OTHER VEHICLES AND PUT IT THIS WAY I NO LONGER HAVE A CAR CAUSE I TOLD THE OWNER SAM I WOULD NOT PAY HIM TIL HE OUT ME IN A RELIABLE CAR FOR MY CHILDREN! HE LEFT ME MY CHILDREN AND HUSBAND IN THE OFFICE FOR 4 HOURS OR LONGER TO BE TOLD TO LEAVE OR THE COPS WL BE CALLED. WHEN WE GOT TOLD HE WOULD HAVE A FLAT BED COME PICK THE CAR UP AND FIX IT. NOPE HE TEST DROVE THE CAR DOWN THE ROAD CAME BACK TALKED HE WENT OUT TO GET

Good customer service and if something goes wrong with your vehicle Sam the owner will make it right for you. Love my vehicle.
