They were very diligent in resolving the issue with my vehicle….. they might have replaced a thousand dollar part, but found a broken connector and replaced that for hundreds less and solved the problem…. I was very pleased with their service.
I would especially like to thank Heath for keeping me informed as they progressed through their troubleshooting and testing to find the problem and fix it.
All in all I was extremely pleased with my experience at Christian Brothers and would recommend them to a friend.

Always very careful handling as well as exiting my cars which can cause damage to plastic consoles or hanging on steering wheel. Work is done promptly and updates via text are timely. Parts prices are reasonable to prices i see online. Offer to pick me up or drop me off is a big bonus. I am recognized as a returning customer and any concerns are immediately addressed.

They quoted me 500 dollars to change engine air filter and 2800 dollars to replace power steering hose, that was after the second 2200 dollar air conditioner that went bad that I had to pay for. In 50 thousand miles I have had them replace entire ac system twice and it's bad again, save yourself money and find a better shop

All I can say is WOW! Professional, respectful, understanding, and most of all.... HONEST! I am a single female (and a daughter of a retired mechanic), and I have experienced dishonest car service companies. But not at Christian Brothers! I've been going to the same Automotive service company for 18 years, and the last two times the personal were dishonest in their diagnosis. I will never go back. Thank you and God Bless Christian Brothers!

I made an appointment to drop of my car at 11:30am on Friday. I was asked when I would expect my car back, I told your advisor I needed to use my car the following day, Saturday. Other employee there told me they were not going to have time to look at it the same day to just make the appointment for Monday. I asked if they could just look at it and let me know what the issue was by the end of the day? His response was they already had three other cars in for similar AC issues and would not have time that same day. I cancelled the appointment. I went to a different auto shop they looked and fixed my car in under 3 hours. Poor customer service, bad first impression for a new customer would not return here.

I took my car here last summer because my air conditioning was working very intermittently. They charged me a fee for air conditioning inspection and told me nothing was wrong with the system other than it being low on refrigerant. They recharged the system, however the air conditioning continued to work intermittently throughout the rest of the 110+ degree weather. They also had several thousand dollars worth of other recommended work on my car, while not fixing the original problem that I brought it in for.

I appreciate your honesty. A Goodyear location that is closer to where I live had told me that I needed a repair that I didn't actually need.
