The customer service experience here was horrible ? we were there for a good 25 minutes before anyone approached us . There were at least 4 girls standing around just chit chatting amongst each other and I actually made eye contact with a couple of them , not once did any of them approach us to offer help. My daughter is a beautiful 17 year old girl who deserved to have a good experience for her first pair of good boots !!!

This store has an amazing selection of country western wear and cowboy hats. Belts, Buckles, and shirts. You'll spend some significant cash but the clothing is quality.

Very different from other Cavender’s stores! Lots of fashion items. I just wish the women’s clothing section was bigger. The men’s clothing and men’s boots sections are huge! No sale rack, unlike other Cavender’s locations. My husband found lots of great shirts for work! Super cool that it’s in a historic building. They have a photo of the original when it was a saddle shop back in the day.

Great selection of hats, boots, and apparel. Wish they had more solid color shirts and not so many with wild patterns, but that's more on the apparel companies than on the store
