Very rude fluffy white man with glasses-lies aboit items they take. They take NFL jerseys. I confirmed with him 2 days ago but just now- I take the time to go- and now he yells at me as soon as I step into the store that they’re not taking ANY “CLOTHING” or “accessories”. Very unprofessional. He DISNT EVEN LET ME GET TO THE COUNTER!!! My husband and I have done a tone of business here and I’m not sure what’s going on today but that was so rude. The little mixed boy too is rude to me (a female) unless my husband goes with me.

Horrible. Went in to buy a lot of movies and they tried to charge me 3.99 for Blu rays when other CA stores work with me on them. Very rude and won't come back to this one, I hope they close down and the employees learn a lesson on how to treat human beings.

Bruce did a great job ! Made me laugh ! Saying I got 2 country as names lmao ? ! Also came here cause I was lowballed elsewhere as 10k prices on jewlery when in reality my jewelry is 14k ? ! came in asking for $600 gave me way more than what I was looking for ! Definitely will be back as a customer

Corporate is a dang joke, they were supposed to touch base with the store before my arrival and did not do so. **Rip your tags off your rings before you leave the store they could be cut.**Gaby is a disrespectful and we will never do business here again.Cut rings are scrap!And don’t let your employees smoke disgusting cigarettes 2ft from the dam door, it’s your choice to smoke, don’t kill everyone around you too.

Went in on 8/7/23 during the afternoon and the lying punk kid working didn't know anything about what he was buying. The parking lot needs to be repaired and the store was filthy.

I went in to pawn an item and there was an alerts altercation between a customer and what appeared to be a manager 2 employees were not helping customers and didn't offer to assist me until I asked them. They wouldn't take the ownItem because I didn't know how it workedI was put off by their overall stupid l attitude towards customers
