I dropped 5 dress shirts off to be laundered, pressed and starched, and folded for easy packing in my suitcase. When I arrived to pick up the order, they had hung my shirts instead of folding them. I came back today to pick up the folded shirts to find they just roughly folded and put into bags the already pressed shirts. If they had done a good job, I wouldn't mind, but 3 of the 5 shirts are going to have wrinkles I will have to iron due to poor folding - not even straight in some cases. Very disappointing. I've left a message for the manager to call me, will update the review when / if I speak with them. First time I've had a problem here, but the timing is awful with having a business trip that I need dress shirts for.

I took a custom table skirt to be cleaned at this location. Instead of dry cleaning it, they laundered it. It shrunk to where it is unusable. I had to make multiple phone calls and then visits to the store to try and work this out. Never once did a manager or owner call me. All they did was try to “stretch” it - which didn’t work. And all they offered me a was a refund of the cleaning fee. You can tell from the photo how much it shrunk and that they didn’t even iron or press it. I now have to pay to have a new one made with no apology from the store. I will not be back.

Had a terrible experience at Kites cleaners due to insane prices and a shirt mix up. Kites charged $5 a shirt. This place charged $2.15. Friendly service too

Shirts were dazzling white with a professional press included for $2 a shirt. Definitely a bargain compared to washing and pressing them myself

They were nice to me. I had 5 shirts to get cleaned. They said $2.15 at least. Anyway. When I got there a woman was telling the new girls that her friend had dropped off some clothes but they could not find them. They lady had no receipt. No name was in the system and this was the only place she ever brought them to. It too forever. The other girl was promising two guys she wld fix a jacket and deliver it personally. Drama queens! Anyway. Another girl was Waiting outside to pick up. Finally. We were helped. We'll see how this turns out. Cleaners! What a pain in the a$$!

Had descent service for a year, but recently the cleaners shrank a pair of my wife’s pants and the owner has refused to call me or take care of the problem. I’ve been wasting time for 2 weeks with no response or resolution.

Drop off clothes in the morning and pick them up clean in the afternoon. Quick service and great customer service. What else do you want in a neighborhood cleaners?

Went to pick up my Sons clothes for church and the lady "Maria" said "I didn't have any clothes there. Yes they lost my Sons church clothes!!! Don't ever go here unless you want to here some petty excuses that it is not their fault and have know idea want happened to the clothes. The rating is correct HATED IT!!!
