I don’t and can’t even fathom how they have low stars.I have been coming here for months and I’m always greeted and treated like I’m family.This is a local family who has been in business who has been servicing the area for multiple decades.The alterations. The dry cleaning. All perfect. I won’t trust anyone else with my husbands clothes.

I dropped of my clothes to be dry cleaned on Monday 10/09/2023 to C Martinez Dry Cleaning. My office is just down the way so I though it would make since to support a local business near me and make pick up easy, just a quick 2 minute walk. When I drop off my items the owner asked me would the end of the week be okay. I specifically stated I need my items Friday 10/13/2023, I thought that would be enough time. He agreed and I completed the paper work for drop off which meant I left my contact info. Fast forward to Friday (today) at 5:22 pm. I waited until later in the day for pick up to give them more time. When I went to pick up my items 2 out of 21 items were ready. The excuse I was given by the owners wife was one of the items is wash only and the others were not done because the were TOO BUSY... are you serious!!! Not one time was I contacted about anything. The excuse she gave was I meant to let you know but you know we just got so busy. So I asked for my items back. While waiting for my items another person walks in behind me and the wife tells the owner and while I am still waiting for my items to be brought out, he brings the other customers items. And I am still waiting for my clothing. This is the worst customer service I have experienced at a dry cleaner. I will not be going back.

I've been patronizing this dry cleaners for 5 years or so. In that time, I have used dry cleaning and alteration services, with excellent outcomes. Items are always just as one would hope, and ready on time. Service is top notch. I am pleased to recommend this second generation family-owned business.

unprofessional, they haven't found one of my husband's dress shirt. first they said it was lost, then found it but not ready, it's been several weeks since they " working" on it. they always says they will call us when ready but they haven't. it's been several weeks now. we think they ruined it but they won't admit it.

That's over 50years of service to many areas of Fort Worth. Including the main plant in Southside, former Carswell Airforce Base, Bluebonnet Circle, Benbrook, River Oaks, Northside, Crowley, Godley, and Weatherford.
