They are closest Hyundai Dealer to me and have been notifying me of 2 recall items for months. I finally go to schedule and 1st appointment is 30 days out. the afternoon prior to appointment they inform me I must leave my car all day (11) hours. no one can tell me why, when the fox is a software update that takes an hour. GM also tells me Hyundai makes changes in recall fixes so they don't know how long it will take. complete waste of my time. they either have no concept of scheduling or simply don't care about customers

Sold me a broken truck!! On the day I bought it they said it had a recall that they could fix in no time. 6 days later I was getting antsy on why they hadn't fixed it so I went up to the dealership and apparently it had been fixed but never got a call. What ticks me off the most is that they have a 5 day buy back guarantee and I never had the truck during the 5 days so how am I suppose to try it out and see if I liked it??? 2 days after I received the truck it stopped working. It's been three months and I've taken it back three times bc apparently they have rookie mechanics that don't know anything. Worst buy and worst place to buy a car! Don't do it

I purchased a used car from Brian Bishop and my experience with him was top notch. He listened to what I wanted and did not pressure me to buy. Ultimately, I purchased an older model used car. When I met with the financial dept to complete the paperwork, I also purchased the warranty due to the fact that the car is older. Now, some issues have come up that are covered by the warranty and we can't get any assistance with getting my car fixed. We are being told that it is going to take 2 months before they can even look at my car and I can't get a rental until the either. What is the purpose in having this freaking warranty if this is the case? We've been trying to talk to someone for over a week to get some assistance and phone calls aren't returned. I'm so frustrated.

I read the reviews, so I went in with a guarded approach. I need to have the security update done on my Santa Fe. I had talked to a friend who had it done on her vehicle. She told me she had that and an oil change done in under an hour. So when the service advisor came to my window I asked him how long it would take for the repair. He responded by asking if I had an appointment, to which I said no and then reiterated my question. He told me half a day. I was surprised, telling him that the location in Denton is offering a drive through clinic for the same repair. He responded by telling me in a snarky tone that I should go to Denton. I responded, "Okay then." paused and as I rolled up the window, "Wow. Y'all really do suck!" to which he responded "Have a nice drive to Denton". This dealership was much better when it was Allen Samuels. Such a shame! I give them NO stars. I pray another company takes over or AutoNation takes action to fix the attitude problem of the employees.

Purchased a vehicle and was told a warranty was only going to add $10 a month to my payment. I asked that doesn't make sense when it says the warranty is 3000 and that divided by 72 months is not $10. Well magically after threatening yo return the car they took the warranty off and the payment went down almost $50 a month. Even the sales manager kept making up excuses as to why this happened. Do not buy a car here.

Should have read and trusted the reviews before coming to this place. After coming in a month ago for the recall on the transmission oil pump (the one that causes fires), I scheduled to have it replaced on my Palisade Calligraphy 2023. I have waited for a month and taken 2 days off to deal with this safety issue. I was just told they don't have the part and I would have to come back again. The service agent, Joe, was sarcastic, condescending and could not have been more unhelpful. Will not be returning here nor would I advise for others (especially women) to get service at this dealership.

I got my first oil change here on my 2023 Elantra, they changed my oil, did my tire rotation, and washed my car. That was at 8am, now at 12:30pm I'm heading to go somewhere and my car sounds weird, I open the hood and the oil cap is not on! It's all the way to the front of my hood, there is oil everywhere on my engine, and I checked my oil level and it was extremely low. I call the dealership to tell them the situation and I drive back up there and they handle it. They were super helpful and friendly and put my car as the #1 priority and I got out of there in 10 minutes, I told them I wanted to see the underside of my car and the top and I had them show me my oil levels and my engine to make sure it was cleaned up and everything was good to go and they respected my wishes and then sent me on my way. The technicians and management handled it super professionally and made sure I was happy with the outcome. They kept apologizing and told me thanks for being so nice about it and told me it shouldn't haven't happened in the first in place obviously. Besides the customer service, this dealership is not up to my standards for them messing up my very first oil change in my new car.

I called looking for a specific car and a female name Celeste Herrera told me the car was available and confirmed a time for me to come in and take a look at it. Spent money on a Lyft to come see the car that was 30mins away only to be told the car wasn't there. No courtesy call no nothing her excuse was she wasn't working the day before, but you couldn't call when you got to work smh straight bs. I know she was full of it. Don't waist your time by their reviews you can see they do bad business.

Absolutely a terrible experience with jaden. He lacks in communication and overall is just a horrible salesman. I've never been so stressed in a situation where i should be excited. Im in literal tears I hate this.

My check engine light came on for my 2020 sonata the soonest they could make my appointment was 2 weeks away, the day before my car is scheduled they texted me to cancel my appointment saying they've been backed up with 2-3 weeks worth of cars.

If I could give less than 0 I would... don't waste your time, money or energy.. especially on their service department. Lord knows I could make drop, but I'm sure the guy I spoke to isn't the only useless human working there. They wait until less than 24 hours before your SCHEDULED appt you've had for 3 weeks, to cancel you because they can't manage your warranty issue in their "workload". And no less this was sent via text... couldn't even have the decency to call the customer and reschedule. Please, take your business elsewhere. Anywhere.. honestly you would have better luck.
