I love Ashley Stewart, but their return process is ridiculous. Once they get your return, it takes them fourteen days to process and then 3-5 additional days to credit your original form of payment. On top of that, they charge you $10. This is outlandish and they most definitely need to do better. Don't bother calling them, they just ask you to be patient while they process your return.

I promise everytime I go to this location the second I walk in I feel like I'm about to spend money with friends. The associates are always so nice and they remember regular faces. I can't go often but I will always be a loyal customer.

I use to love shopping at this store but some of the staffs customer service sucks I was returning somethings and they made me feel like I was doing something wrong.They are really over priced for some of the quality of the materials. And dam I was exchanging but because the price tag was gone from the shirt it was a problem that's a trick because if I buy something and get home and don't like it I should be able to return them. Just away for them to keep the money. I'll be finding some where else to shop. In black area's we get treated a certain way by our own kind cause they ain't my people.

The site was very nice. I didn't like the fact that things online weren't in the store to purchase. Store associates were very nice and made my friend feel very good about herself.

Ashley Stewart is my favorite place to shop! Plus Size women want to be beautiful, too… and their clothing selection gives you what you need to feel bold, sexy, and gorgeous! One Friday I was looking for a dress at the last minute for my daughter’s wedding (don’t judge me), so I jetted over to Ashley Stewart immediately after work. Once I got there I discovered the power was out in the whole strip mall! I was super disappointed. I was about to leave, deflated and defeated, when one of the workers informed me that I could still shop if I was using a card. At that moment they were my lifesavers. Thanks y’all!

I love shopping at AS. I get many, many compliments on my ensembles. Definitely the place to shop to keep your DIVA wardrobe up to date! It’s be nice if they streamed them though. Everything is ALWAYS so wrinkled! Also, the guy that wears the hats needs some serious customer service training, or keep him in the back!! He is so rude and condescending! I’ve only had to make exchanges, but have witnessed his attitudinal interactions when a customer has returns - Lord have mercy, you could swear someone did something wrong! I really don’t like dealing with him either. There was a lady that had a return. She stated that fact to him and he quipped back to her, “Oh returns? That’s what we do best!” What kind of mess is that to say to a customer?! He always has something slick to say. He needs to learn when to be quiet. I guess I should switch to shopping from them online just so I have to interact with him the next time. :-(
