I dont like to leave bad reviews in this case it’s necessary. Every time I have been to this studio my lashes have fallen out within days I have never once got the look that I’ve asked for even with pictures. I have been courteous and tipped every time .I have tried to communicate with every tech that has worked on me to no avail.I finally got tired of it and canceled my subscription they will not refund your money they will give you more horrible services they can keep the money hopefully this saves somebody else the time and money.

If I could do negative Stars I would on 6 October I spoke to someone regarding canceling my account and they said that they would have to draft out 119.99 out of my account for the first payment and then I'd be giving credits and not a refund because they don't do refunds Even if you're unsatisfied with the service I asked to speak with a manager and they sent me to the Director of operations who then basically told me that she didn't care that I was unsatisfied and I had to receive credits which obviously nobody wants to go back to somewhere they weren't satisfied They proceeded to tell me they were going to send me a cancellation form on the six and on the 18th and never sent it so I had to go in in person to make sure they didn't still have my card on file just in case, they tried to charge me again next month I was unsatisfied every time I went prior to wanting to cancel the membership they don't explain the membership correctly before they sign you up for it and then act like it's your fault when all you want is your money back so I proceeded to get charged $120 For no services!!! if you go to this place, do not sign up for a membership because it's a scam and that's most likely how they make all their money is off charging other people for services they didn't receive the department of operations name is Jackie, and when I asked to speak to a higher up She said that she was the highest and that she also handled the reviews so when you see the automated response she has to this review it makes it very clear that they don't care about their customers. Obviously I should've read the other reviews and Ashley at the front desk was extremely rude and they all had snarky attitudes All because somebody doesn't want to be their client anymore. This place is horrible and I don't understand why anybody could make a franchise with this poor of customer service. The fact that I had to go in and make sure they deleted my card out of their system and she still acted like she didn't want to delete my card. It just doesn't make any sense to me how this place is still running

Listen to the reviews and do NOT go to this place. I wanted eyelashes for a vacation and was excited to get a last minute appointment. I spoke to the technician and asked for NATURAL just a little longer and thicker then my own. When the technician had finished, I looked in the mirror and was truly shocked. I looked like a clown, thick black eyelashes (she used clusters of 3) and they reached to my brow bone. On top of that there were gaps and not even. I thought it was a joke and was truly speechless. I asked for them to be trimmed and the sides taken off in the hopes that it would be better. She did that but they still looked ridiculous, I have never been in this situation before and just wanted to get out of there. My kids and husband laughed at how terrible they looked, like a child had put them on. Then later that night i found eyelash glue in my hair, not sure if this was an accident or she did it on purpose as I'd complained. Anyway i decided to remove the eyelashes that night, as i couldn't looked at myself with them on. That's when i saw the technician had cut my real eyelashes at the side instead of dissolving the glue. I reached out and left a message and someone called me back. I missed their call and called them but i have not been able to speak to someone about this. The technician should find a different career as this is not well suited to her. Do not spend money here, it was the worst salon experience ive ever had.

I have been going to amazing lash for 3 years now and love it! Lynna is my lash tech and love her❤️. I always have an amazing time with her when I go she is sweet and always makes my day.

Booked my appointment weeks ago and then I get a text an hour before it has been cancelled due to my stylist was going to be out. And all other stylists are booked. I understand things come up but if I cancel an hour before I get charged!!!

I would give this place a 0/10 for customer service.They seemed scam-like as soon as I walked in. They wanted me to upgrade my lash set so bad that they asked me 3 different times. Then at the end of my visit, they tried to charge me an extra $30 for a"master stylist" that I never agreed to. The lashes are fine, but the way I was treated after they gave me the $30 refund was disgusting.Service: Eyelash extensions

I couldn't even get my foot in the door. Madeline, "the manager," made my scheduling very difficult. Like how smart do you have to be to understand english. I refuse to be part of a sloppy managed business. One that does not know how to treat paying customers. Good going on losing money for your hard-working professionals. Due to your behavior, you just lost a long-term and loyal customer. Oh gosh, and after reading the 1 star reviews, I am now glad that I did not waste my money, time, or mindset on these silly girls. Good luck to the professionals.

If I could give zero stars I would! I spoke with this establishment 3 times to cancel my account as I was moving and would not live near one of their locations. I'm 10/4/22 I was in the midst of a move when I received a text message stating that I had to fill out a form to cancel my account. This message got lost on the shuffle....they never tried to contact me again and They have continued to charge my account! Over $1200 I have asked to at least have my credits be gifted to someone or let someone use my account but they will not allow it and would not help in any way to try to come up with a solution. I was informed that I would have to use them myself or lose them! I am out over $1200 and they will not budge on helping me come up with a solution! Beware....this company does not care about their clientele at all!

This is the worst place. Save your money!! I went in for a fill they put a piece of paper in front of me to sign when I was checking out, which I assumed was a receipt. Now they claim I enrolled in a membership. They have charged me $393 for 2 appointments. What’s worse is the service was horrible the stylist had the worse breath that I had to inhale for an hour and the lashes fell off in 4 day. When I call to speak with the manager about the charges her response.. “oh sorry you signed a contract. Please!! Save your money!’Service: Eyelash extensions

I have been a Member at this location since 2014. I left - this location due to Management being inconsistent years ago. I needed a fill, didn't feel like driving to the other location where Management & Lash techs are very knowledgeable & advanced. So I call & schedule an appointment for Saturday April 1st.. Biggest mistake ever! I was 14 min late due to someone trying to run me off the road. I called to let the Receptionist know. Mary/Maria did my lashes. I tipped her very well. Later that night & the next day Lashes were falling off back to back. UnbelievableI wasn't complaining about them not being full because she got them as full as she could for the time she had due to me running behind. That wasn't the problem.I call to let them know right away. The receptionist advised to come in at 3pm. I agreed. Called me right back & stated the Manager said no because I was late 20-30 min. How & why would you lie?Rude, disrespectful - do not stand behind their work.This is the reason their turnover rate is so high! I'll never step a foot into that location.I suggest whomever is thinking about joining Amazing Lash to visit another location . W 7th is Garbage & Management has the Staff to speak for her vs her being Professional - She should speak to the Clients herself!Service: Eyelash extensions

***PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK AND JOIN MEMBERSHIP ****Please DONOT GO TO THIS COMPANY. You hear me COMPANY, not location COMPANY. They nickle and dime their services. My best friend is TN and its the same thing there. Everyone is so robotic. They have to stick with what is notated in the system. It's doesn't matter if the receptionist notated incorrectly or you are unsatisfied with the services ..LISTEN you pay for it literally!! I SPENT roughly 300.00 in this place plus joined the membership. The staff literally seen what I got and what I've been requesting since the first day of my appointment and knew my lashes were NOT corrected..their words..not mine.. and still looked in my face and wanted me to pay over 150.00 , so now I'm roughly at 500.00 , to get my lashes to where I wanted them to be from day 1. Might I add this is an addition to my 119.00 ( I believe, don't quote me but it's close) membership monthly draft..RUN, RUN, and RUN. It's not worth the headache, money, and most importantly your time. The results are horrible. They give you the lashes they want to give you and call it what you asked for. I went to other places afterwards and Amazing Lash isn't it. Please RUN. RIP OFF. STATE TO STATE.
