Absolutely wonderful experience. I actually went to the doctor and had fun and I wasn't even on the kids side.And by the way...Mickey is the greatest EVER!I would make an appointment just to come visit her.

Honestly I love the PA here so idk why the reviews are bad. I’ve been going to Dr.Bajwa for years and transitioned over here when I moved to Fort Worth and I have nothing but positive things to say.

The WORST healthcare service setting I have ever received services from. They never told my when my original PCP left, and LIED TO ME about refilling my prescription just for me to go to CVS and have CVS relay the message to me from them that they would not refill an anti-viral because they haven’t seen me in 6 months. AN ANTI-VIRAL for cold-sore breakouts. They sent the refill to CVS, and literally took it back. Absolutely absurd and disrespectful. I even explained the nurse on the phone I was interested in setting up and appointment soon because I finally have health insurance again (as to why they haven’t seen me in months). There aren’t enough words for how this place needs to do better- they are only interested in collecting their copays.

I was seen by Navjot Bajwa on this particular occasion because I was running out of my eczema cream which I have been using for 10+ years. I told her exactly what percentage I needed and have been using. I also told her that lower doses of this cream do not work for me. She fought me for what seemed like 20 minutes wanting to give me a lower dosage then finally agreed to give me what I asked for. I go to the Pharmacy and they have filled a prescription for a lower dosage of my cream. I had to call 2 different times and go to the facility to get them to change it to what I asked for.Another occasion I needed my blood drawn and I I'm terrified of needles which I informed the nurse of. I started hyperventilating like a person who is scared of needles would and she got really irritated even though i did not move or empede her job in any way. She kept saying "Calm down. Calm down" over and over. Obviously I am not hyperventilating for fun if I could calm down i would. She should know that being a nurse.On a seperate occasion me and the other female doctor were discussing birth control and I asked about getting steralized she Laughed in my face and told me that would not happen. A patient asking about birth control options and being laughed at for it. Imagine that..Incredibly unprofessional.The blatant disrespect in this facility is disgusting as well as the clear absence of bedside manner. I will not be returning here and I will tell everyone I know what this facility is like.

Not worth the visit to this location. They don't even give the information on lab visits etc unless asked and follow through - the nurses will call you back with not much information. Useless location - never even plan to visit.

It’s true, they have long wait times. But I am BEYOND satisfied with their service: they scheduled me same day, gave compassion towards my injury, and ordered the services needed to issue a diagnosis. Give them a shot!

Love the staff there. Been a patient there for 6+ years. They truly get to know their clients and makes sure they are well taken care of. They treat you like family. Best PA around is T May.

Everytime I call the office they make sure I get a space to be seen. Tiffany May is the best provider ever. She takes time to hear your concerns and she absolutely covers all of them. She is sweet and empathic. I love her!! When bloodwork is ordered they always call you, more than once if needed, and make sure you know about your results.

Dr.Shrestha took over the practice from the previous administration, so for anyone who has experienced some kind of negative interaction with this office in the past I recommend to consider giving Dr. Shrestha and her staff a fresh start.For me, I find this kind of medical attention refreshing. I work nights and have a very limited window that I can get anything done during the day. With that said, this office ALWAYS tries to get me in whenever I call and often (not always) finds room the very same day.Dr. Shrestha ALWAYS takes her time when she comes into my room and listens to me very patiently without interrupting THEN offers a thoughtful, and professional medical opinion for whatever brought me to her office.I find her staff pleasurable to work with and her medical skills to be very proficient.I recommend this office for anyone who is looking for the professional and the personal touch for their medical needs.

Dr. Shrestha is a great physician. I've visited her numerous times regarding my blood pressure, weight loss approach, and general physical condition. The only little caveat, for me, is that I'm only now getting use to seeing my doctor more frequently, especially for general and medication purposes, than I was previously trained to do so from my previous personal health provider.However, I don't mind visiting Dr. Shrestha quarterly, even if it means a little more out of my pocket, to make sure that I'm in proper physical condition, or at least as best I can be with our routine follow ups.If you're looking for a good an honest doctor you with whom you can build a relationship, regarding your health, this is the place to go to in 76244.Additionally, I will say that I feel a bit more at home now here than when I previously was seen, diagnosed and sent home with a prescription with a previous physician.
