Had a great experience here at all discount tire. Sean hooked me up with four brand new tires, two break rotors with pads and a new brake sensor. Everyone was friendly and the work was done in a timely manner. The waiting room is very comfortable so it’s no problem chilling there while the work is being done. I highly recommend this place they really know what they’re doing.

Called and talked to almost every tire shop in ft worth ! Matt was wonderful and has very good customer service skills !! I will be back for sure even though I live in McKinney!

I went in Friday afternoon to get an alignment. By Saturday morning my car was driving funny, i couldn’t no longer break properly my car started jerking and i could feel my wheels shifting when i would drive. On top of that my wheel wasn’t even aligned right. i was not having any of this issues before i went to go get my my car serviced i let the mechanic and he so call said none of the issues would have to do with the alignment. He was no help but gladly took my money. Prior to this i wasn’t having any i had my whole front suspension change and just needed an alignment.

Took my vehicle for suspension work and they broke parts on my back carseats.... not very professional besides they tried to sell me tires..the guy ran my credit for a car service after he said that wldnt affect my credit. Do not recommend this wld be my 2nd and last time to be there. Im not gonna post names but one of the guys there said people in this area are not normal.???

Need better customer service. Could've died behind the work that was done here on my vehicle. Came in for some used tires because someone recommended them. Got 3 tires put on was informed about the other tire and how they could not take it off due to one of my lug nuts being stripped. Ok cool. Thank you for letting me know. Little did I know that I was going to run into more complications for another tire due to the lack of information that was given to me. Long story short another tire that they put on had problems with the lug nuts neither one of the workers that touched my car said anything. Most cars come with 4/5 lug nuts by the tire I arrived back at the establishment I ONLY had 2 (super unsafe) but of coarse they put the blame on ware n tare. I had no problems or anything of this sort before coming to this shop to get tires put on. So AGAIN if this is the type of unprofessionalism you guys are interested in by all means come here. But I strongly suggest going somewhere else.

If I could put negative ? I would. I went here about 3 years and they broke one of my post off my tire and lost the bolt screw. I never had time to bring it back.Now I had 2 missing so I needed them to fix the 2 and he said he could do it for 325 when I told him I was quoted a 100 at another shop but their wasn't a mechanic on duty. He then tried to sale me 4 new tires in addition. I told him I couldn't and he was very aggressive an rude. So therefore I will not do business here ever again.

I called ahead of time and asked them if they did alignments. They got my vehicle information and said yes they could do mine. I drove 30 mins to get there only to be told my tires are too small for their machine. Why ask for my information and tell me yes only to tell me no when I drive there. Waste of money and time.

I went to get an alignment and 2 new tires, they said that there was something else wrong with my tires and wanted to charge me $900, I went to another place and they said everything is fine I just need a alignment and new tires. They will try and take your money please be safe.

I needed a new serpentine belt. They told me to go to AutoZone to buy it and they would install it for me. Only cost be $95 for parts and labor. The other guys tried to take me to cleaners by trying to charge me $600 for parts and labor using scare tactics but I did my research and knew better than that!
