The only bad thing I can say about this place is that there isn't a lot more rv storage businesses like this.

Very clean RV & boat storage facility with friendly employees & a security gate. The pull through spots are large and roomy. Some of the other sites are not what they say they measure or others have encroached over into the opposing site. There's fresh water, air for your tires and a dump station right on property. I wish there was a wash station however, but there isn't. I think my only complaint would be that no matter how small a change you're making, it MUST be done in person. They don't do email, fax or text contracts, payment or communication. I will say that it's definitely served its purpose for the time being until we move it to our residence.

I store my boat here, and it's pretty good for that. For the price that they charge, they really should have an RV wash, like their other property. Otherwise, the security in and out is great and everything is kept in good working order, in the boat and RV section.

Name was changed to Keller RV West. This review is for the Climate Controlled Storage. Over $10,000 in rodent and mold damage in climate controlled storage, followed by just short of 200% and 300% price increases (depending on the size of the unit). 15 to 20 dead rodents in my units, mostly rats. Hundreds of items damaged and destroyed, most of which were new. Rodent droppings and urine on and in hundreds of boxes and items, some which were chewed through in multiple places.

Over $10,000 in rodent and mold damage in their climate controlled storage, followed by just short of 200% to 300% price increases (depending on the size of the unit). 15 to 20 dead rodents in my units, mostly rats. Hundreds of items damaged and destroyed, most of which were new. Rodent droppings and urine on and in hundreds of boxes and items, some which were chewed through in mutiple places. Facility was negligent in responding to rodent problem which went on for months. This was not isolated to certain units, or one area of the building, it was throughout. I spoke to other tenants who also had similar rodent activity and damage, so I don't understand why this is the only review posted. I ended up spending over $100 on baits and traps myself, trying to help control the invasion. Add to that water and mold damage from water seeping up through the floor in several units. Posted in the hopes that others will avoid the regret and expense of storing here. Note: Facility name was recently changed to Keller RV West.
