I like Ronnie a lot, he helped me out of some rough jams I have found myself in.Just as these new people took over his stuff I paid to get my stuff out and only received a portion of what I put in. They claim they couldn't find the rest. Since Ronnie has sold even the people we have known forever has changed. I don't recommend these guys anymore. It's understandable why, but I wish Ronnie did not sell.

My grandmothers ring was a month late and I finally had money to get it out and they held it for me even though I hadn’t paid on it, I’m truly greatful for this pawnshop definitely recommend coming here

Girl stole my mom’s ring and we had the pawn ticket to get it out with my id and everything. They won’t let me get it out. Filing a police report in the morning for sure!

Pawned a what they said was a fake coach it wasn't they lied. Made payments on it they pulled it saying I hadn't paid since June someone stuck money in their pocket. When I get my stuff out I'm not going back. There is 3 maybe 4 that are nice the rest just stare at you eveh when they are helping someone.

Each and every employee at this shop is exceptional in everything they do. If you want to restore your faith in customer service then go to this shop. Would not help at all.. wad trying to tell me my watch wasn't real gold.. I've had it tested and they would not do a gold test to see .. just argued that it was real..
