How can I even begin to put into words how kind, compassionate, professional and qualified Brandon is?
I had a nightmare of a week when I purchased a camper van in AZ and tried to get it to Austin Texas where I live.
The vehicle wouldn't start if I turned it off, which left me and my dog stranded in the heat for hours.
Eventually, I bypassed AAA - and tried to get service myself.
I asked the desk person at the hotel we were staying for a recommendation. She handed me a stack of cards (nice!) but tapped one card and said, "We like him. He is really nice."
I called him and we set up a call for the next morning. He was at my vehicle before I could get my luggage downstairs and had my van running.
We talked a bit while it charged a bit and found we shared a few blessings and losses in our lives.
We both teared up a bit.
And when I asked what I owed him... he said NOTHING.
Despite my insistence and attempts to even give him (and his son) a tip or compensation for their time (and gas and energy... ) on a SUNDAY ... he refused.
He coached me on how to get that van home (Austin TX) and after a miserable week of breakdowns, I am home.
Tow and Recovery services tend to meet us at our worse. Accidents. Breakdowns. Yet, today, I felt like I was sent an angel.
Just call BA Easy Towing and Recovery FIRST. I just can't thank them enough for getting us home safely.

Awesome service and very nice people! Brandon, I really appreciate all that you did for me in my time of need. After the unexpected problem, you made my 9 year olds day turn from bad to great seeing you up close and in action.

I will highly recommend Brendon and his son for any towing services in Fort Stockton area. He was very professional. He picked us up in less than 20 minutes and brought us safely to San Antonio. His services are the cheapest in the area. If you ever need towing nearby Fort Stockton call BA Easy Towing and Recovery.

Our son had a blow out and was pulled over by a sheriff. They had to call a wrecker service and BA EASY TOWING ANSWERED THE CALL. They were kind and upfront and helped us out. We really appreciate their help and kindness. It means the world to us! Great service definitely recommend!

Wow! Just wow!!! I replaced my headlights and didn’t know it made them all out of focus. Tonight wile driving on i10 during my roadtrip I realized I couldn’t see… I didn’t have tools to ajust it. So I called BA easy towing and the owner Brandon showed up within 5min and fixed my headlights!!! So awesome! Super nice guy. If my wife broke down alone on the highway… I pray someone like this owner shows up to help her.

My Nissan Xterra broke down on I-10 near Ft. Stockton. Brandon, the owner, picked me up within 30 minutes, took me to his yard which he shares with EZ Auto Repair - and within 1.5 hours the problem had been diagnosed & fixed, and I was back on the road. All in all a great experience, and the charges were very reasonable. I would use this towing company again anytime without any hesitation.
