I hope this pharmacy gets more stars. I understand there's a wait sometimes, but all of the employees are sweet and helpful. Every time I came, I had such a pleasant encounter. For their kindness and patience, I give them 5 stars! ???? You guys are awesome!

Pretty sure their phone is sitting in a trash can in the back of the building since no one answers ever. I work late so I usually come in close to closing, 1st day I came in 10 minutes to closing and was told their kiosk stops taking requests 15 minutes prior…okay. 2nd day I came in 30 minutes prior, still the kiosk didn’t take any requests. Is this a pharmacy or a waste my time simulator?

I usually get my meds within 10 minutes. I'm happy with this pharmacy service, and I pay nothing. Thank you.

The Garrison leadership should be ashamed and embarrassed at how horrible this pharmacy is run. 2 to 3 hours to pick up a prescription? Stop using COVID as an excuse and hire people to take care of these troops, Vets and family members.

Worst place to drop off or pick up your prescription. Wait for 2 hours and a half only for dropping off my prescription. Not having a fast line for service members during duty hours is wrong. And wait 24 hours for pick up is the worst idea. If I am at the pharmacy is because I need the medicine the same day not 24 hours later. Not recommend this place.

Do not expect to get your prescription in less than 2 hours. There are 6 windows for customer service, but only 2-3 of them are ever open and serving customers.

Why aren't all the pharmacy locations on the same page? Use the system that actually works. Freedom Crossing is lousy. I got my ticket at 1:25 pm and I'm still here at 4:35. Needless to say I will have to come back on Monday and give it another try. Very disappointed.

It opens late, nothing is ready by the time they open. Instead of getting better with time it gets worse it really shows the lack of commitment and leadership. If any business open at 9 am you think employees will be getting computers and anything they need ready 10 minutes prior to be able to help the costumers with in this case is an elderly population.

Please do better. There’s no reason that a lot of veterans (especially those who are elderly or disabled) should be standing in line for over an hour before the pharmacy opens. How about having an automated system to where people can check in on their phones and give an approximated wait time. Technology is advancing so why do y’all have a ticket system? Cmon now. Thats not the way to treat those who have served our country!

To refil your prescription its a 4 hour venture. To pick up your prescription its another 4 hour venture. 2 day process with a total of 8 hours of your life wasted. Everytime

Every time I come here I end up waiting for hours; it's the worst. Wait to get called, then wait to get called again ? Definitely recommend going to Mendoza instead. Mendoza is inside now, but the wait is nothing compared to this.

I know the Army can do better. I’ve come here 3 days this week have wasted more than 3 hours waiting and not receiving. The one thing that would reduce wait times and improve processes is prescreen check-in.

I don't know if there is just no system in place regarding how they take numbers and give medications but this has got to be one of the worst pharmacys I've been to in my 15+ yrs in the military. You end up waiting one and a half plus hours just to be called initially then an additional two hours to be called for your meds. I came for some cream and drops for my daughter and I've been here three hours. Definitely would recommend you use Mendoza or SFMC if at all possible. Or if you just have an entire day to waste them come join the rest of Bliss waiting on your meds at Freedom Crossing.
